- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
- Registration with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
- Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting as Area Manager.

- Pride yourself on stakeholder management and communication skills
- Your primary role is to be a mentor,trainer, and "upskiller"- making our teams' professional growth and on-the-job training your passion
- You excel at delivering constructive criticism & feedback, completing monthly strategic reviewsand file audits with each consultant
- Your clinical and technical knowledge is strong so that we can deliver ahigh standard of service deliveryand execution
- You can balance clinical and commercial goals well - quality is always our focus, we just need to make sure we are doing the work & reporting to support that quality goal
