• Provide essential and practical in-home care to older people to help them live independently
• Provide personal care, including assistance with showering and dressing
• Help around clients' homes with meal preparation and light house cleaning
• Provide transportation to appointments and assist with shopping
• Assist with medication
• Travel to clients' homes and between suburbs across the North Shore and Northern Sydney Region
• Directly improve clients' quality of life

Requirements

• Female applicants only, as being female is recognised as a genuine occupational qualification for this role
• Ability to travel to and between clients' homes in the North Shore/Northern Sydney area using your own car
• Valid Driver's License
• Own insured, reliable car with minimum Third Party Property Insurance
• Flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, solutions-focused, and able to relate to people
• Previous experience in aged or community care may be advantageous, but no experience is necessary
• All shortlisted applicants must consent to a criminal record check and reference checks
• All shortlisted applicants must attend a pre-employment functional assessment
