- Own doctor network performance end to end, including consult quality, clinical outcomes, recommendation appropriateness, and member experience
- Build rubrics, benchmarks, spotlights, and playbooks to make clinical excellence repeatable
- Partner with the CMO, Clinical People Lead, and clinical leadership to drive clinical outcomes and member experience
- Map clinical workflows across consults, results review, member follow-up, escalations, and administration

Requirements
- 3+ years at a top-tier strategy consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or equivalent
- Track record of strong performance and rapid progression
- Comfortable in SQL and spreadsheets
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems cleanly
- Ability to build arguments from data rather than instinct
- Clear and direct communication in writing and in person
- Ability to compress complex analysis into a one-page recommendation
- Ability to operate across high-level strategy and hands on execution
