Austin Health in Melbourne's north-east is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join the Central Youth Community Team (CYCT). This full time role involves working within a multidisciplinary ICYMHS service to support young people aged 12-26 and their families, with emphasis on recovery focused care.

As part of the CYCT, you will contribute to service planning, engage families, and coordinate individualised care plans, while collaborating with colleagues to deliver evidence based practice across
