HammondCare is seeking an experienced Relief Residential Manager to lead and inspire teams across Hammondville, Miranda and Horsley, NSW. You will provide temporary relief to Residential Care managers and backfill across sites to ensure high-quality, person-centred care in calm, safe environments.

You will work with other Residential Managers initially, then oversee clinical care, operations and financial performance.
