About the role
Fixed-term full-time Registrar (Rehabilitation) opportunity from August 2026 to May 2027 work within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure that medical clinical care is provided to inpatients and outpatients, under the supervision of the Specialist-in-charge.
HammondCare is a NSW Health affiliated organisation with continuity of entitlements.
Essence of the role
- Liaise with other members of the multi-disciplinary team in providing patient care

About the role
This is a Permanent, full-time role based in the South Coast Region, with an office located at Merimbula.
As Clinical Partner - Registered Nurse, you'll be a valued member of our growing Home Care Clinical Care & Practice Team, working closely with an experienced, multidisciplinary team to provide tailored and individualised services to older adults living at home.
A typical day will involve assessing functional care needs, setting care goals, and providing treatment and intervention, helping people stay active, independent and right where they belong - home.
You'll be provided with a broad and varied caseload, with support from experienced clinicians.
This meaningful role will include performing home visits or running group activities for clients accessing Support at Home or CHSP services or residing in one of our Seniors Living units.

About you
- You're a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and practical experience, or sound knowledge in Aged Care, Inpatient, Community, Home-Based or Rehabilitation or related setting.
- You're a strong communicator, and able to plan and manage your time effectively.

The role
