The University of Melbourne's Microbiological Diagnostic Unit Public Health Laboratory seeks a Manager, Quality & Compliance to lead the Quality Management System across MDU PHL, shaping safe, robust public health laboratory services. You will partner with scientific and IT leaders to embed digital, data-driven and AI-enabled quality improvements.

You will maintain ISO/NATA alignment, design frameworks and audits, and mentor staff and partner labs locally and internationally.
