You will coordinate AusPathoGen, CDGN and related networks to embed pathogen genomics into national surveillance and response. You will engage Australian CDC, health departments and regional partners, shaping impactful public health policy and practice. What you will deliver: Lead planning and delivery of public health initiatives, including workplans, governance structures, documentation and strategic funding opportunities. Manage relationships with Australian CDC, Commonwealth and state health departments, funders and public health networks. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects, organising meetings, workshops, technical activities and high-quality reporting outputs. Oversee programme compliance with funding agreements, including reporting, evaluation, budgeting, finance tracking and communication requirements. Support grant applications, stakeholder engagement and supervision of project management staff to expand public health activities. Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include: Lead integrated operational management across administration, research services and teaching support for the Department of Microbiology and Immunology.
