Homewell in Melbourne's northern and western suburbs is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker / Personal Care Worker to support a NDIS participant in Oak Park. You will provide daily living support, companionship and trauma informed, person centred care.

You will work calmly and empathetically to respect boundaries, follow individual support plans, manage transportation when needed and help maintain a safe, accessible environment.
