About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join the Speech Pathology team at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. In this role, you will provide assessment and management for adults with communication, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders across a diverse range of acute and subacute clinical settings. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of caseloads, including Neurology, Rehabilitation, Critical Care, Oncology, General Medicine, Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) and @home services. Working as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will deliver evidence-based Speech Pathology services that support positive patient outcomes and contribute to safe and effective transitions of care. You will also have opportunities to contribute to quality improvement, research and service development, while continuing to develop your clinical skills and professional expertise.
Classification: Speech Pathologist Grade 2 VW1-VW4 Grade 2 ($90,235.60 - $103,724.40) per annum.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
Assess and manage patients with communication, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders across acute and subacute settings
Provide high-quality, evidence-based Speech Pathology assessment and intervention
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team
Work across a diverse range of clinical areas, including Neurology, Rehabilitation, Critical Care, Oncology, General Medicine, GEM and @home services
Ensure clinical practice aligns with departmental policies, guidelines and current Speech Pathology Australia professional standards
Contribute to effective communication and collaboration across the multidisciplinary team
Participate in quality improvement, research and service development activities
Contribute to a culture of learning, reflective practice and continuous improvement
Your Contribution
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology), Bachelor of Speech Pathology, Master of Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification
Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Knowledge of Speech Pathology Australia position statements and the Code of Ethics
Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
A commitment to evidence-based, person-centred clinical practice
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
A current Victoria Police Check, or willingness to obtain one

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Grade 3 Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy Clinical Education team. This is a unique opportunity to provide leadership in clinical education and contribute to the ongoing development of Physiotherapy staff and students across St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. Reporting to the Physiotherapy Clinical Education Lead and Physiotherapy Manager, you will contribute to the Physiotherapy Clinical Education Stream while continuing to support high-quality clinical services for our patients. You will play an important role in coordinating and promoting clinical education opportunities for Physiotherapy staff and students, as well as contributing to broader Allied Health education initiatives where required.
The role includes supporting undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and contributing to collaborative education projects across Allied Health, St Vincent’s Health and partner universities.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 7 years' clinical and/or clinical education experience
Completion of, or progress towards, a relevant postgraduate qualification
Demonstrated knowledge of Physiotherapy management and clinical service provision within a public healthcare setting
Recognition by professional peers as a clinical expert, with broad and relevant clinical experience in your area of expertise
Demonstrated leadership, management and networking skills
Highly developed communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams and the wider organisation
Extensive experience supervising and supporting the professional development of Physiotherapists, students and support staff

In this exciting opportunity you will join the Clinical Support team, managing our clinical education team across our four sites at Fitzroy, East Melbourne, Kew, and Werribee.
ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
This is a permanent full time position managing, supporting and developing our clinical education team.
The Clinical Education Manager's role is to provide exemplary leadership that delivers evidence-based clinical education and training. The role is accountable for the development and delivery of all Education services in line with the operational plans of the facilities to achieve high staff engagement and capability for our staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
As the Clinical Education Manager you will be responsible for:
Nursing and midwifery educational program development, implementation, and evaluation and leading members of the education team to ensure training/education is delivered to the highest standards
Recruitment, development, and retention of learners, including graduates, post-graduates, and specialty practice programs
Providing expert clinical and academic advice and guidance to managers and staff in relation to day-to-day learning
Working collaboratively with Department heads to support educational strategic and operational goals
Providing advice to the National Standards Working Committee/Working Parties regarding clinical and non-clinical practice issues including policy procedures review
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with academic partners to enhance collaboration, research and workforce pipelines
Foster a culture of lifelong learning, evidence based practice, innovation and continuous professional development across all sites
Monitoring of staff compliance with mandatory training, required competency assessments specified by SVHA and the National Safety and Quality in Health Care standards

Your part in our UnitingCare team:
- Drive the strategic delivery of the Credit and Collections (C&C) function
- Provide effective performance management and compliance with relevant legislation, standards, Uniting Church and Board Policies

About the Role
Key leadership position
The Clinical Director Adult Bed Based Mental Health provides clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe and effective clinical services that meet relevant organisational, regulatory and accreditation standards.
Working in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders, the role fosters strong internal and external collaborations. This includes other parts of the Mental Health and Addiction Medicine program as well as the SVHM Emergency Department and Inpatient wards.
In partnership with the Operational Manager, lead the implementation of clinical program strategies, operational plans and service improvement initiatives across the Adult Inpatient programs
Lead relevant committees and working groups within the Mental Health program and ensure alignment with broader governance structures

About the opportunity
The position provides care to adults in centre or home-based appointments.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of adults presenting with communication difficulties, cognitive-communication, voice and swallowing impairments.
You will be responsible for speech pathology service provision, including assessment and rehabilitation, providing you with an opportunity to develop strong clinical skills to support the management of people with complex physical and psychosocial care needs.

- Able to work autonomously and flexibly within an interdisciplinary team

Your part in the Blue Care Team
Our dynamic retirement livings team at Argyle Gardens Retirement Village in Bundaberg is looking for committed and passionate Retirement Living Assistants to join their dedicated and close-knit team on a part time basis.
Blue Care operate over 32 retirement villages across Queensland, with more than 3,300 residents choosing to make a Blue Care communities their home.
Reporting to the Village Manager, the role will see you provide a professional working relationship with the Village residents and team members. As well as being the first point of contact for Emergency Response as part of the overnight on-call services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Observe and report any changes or concerns in resident’s health, well-being or behaviour to Village Management.
- Assisting with meal service and dining room set up.
- Manage emergency response procedures, including medical attention as required, is provided and documented in accordance with RVA accreditation guidelines, UnitingCare contracts and resident contracts.
- Respond to resident alarms, applying basic first aid where required and informing/engaging the appropriate authorities.
- Ensure Community buildings and facilities are secured in accordance with set procedures.
- Report on site maintenance or equipment issues to relevant staff.
- Act as a team player and foster a safe work environment for self and others.
What makes a difference for us?
- Previous experience working in hospitality service delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in responding to Workplace Health and Safety emergency procedures
- Current first aid certificate and CPR certificate
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.

Monash BreastScreen is the largest Reading and Assessment Service (RAS) in Victoria, providing breast screening, reading and assessment services to approximately 65,000 women each year across Melbourne's southeast and the Mornington Peninsula.
Operating from Moorabbin Hospital, Monash BreastScreen includes eight fixed screening locations and a mobile screening service, delivering accessible, high-quality breast screening services across the region.

Are you a Mammographic Technologist looking for your next opportunity or are you a Radiographer who is working towards CMP accreditation with ASMIRT. Either way, we’d love to hear from you.
If you are a Radiographer joining our team, we'll provide training and supervisions to support you to attain the Certificate of Mammographic Practice (CMP) from ASMIRT.
Our Mammographic Medical Imaging Technologists provide high-quality mammographic imaging services across our screening sites and assessment clinics. Screening services are delivered at our Moorabbin, Waverley and Casey sites, while assessment clinics are conducted at Moorabbin Hospital.
We operate our service Monday to Saturday, 7.00am to 5.00pm. Our team enjoy working set shifts across designated days and have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts when available.
Our team are assigned to a specific location; however, may occasionally be required to work at other Monash BreastScreen locations to meet business needs. As such, a current Victorian driver’s licence is required.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, we deliver safe, person-centred care while maintaining excellence in image quality, client experience and compliance with BreastScreen Victoria and Monash Health standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing high-quality screening and assessment mammography, including specialised imaging procedures.
- Delivering professional, compassionate and client-focused care to all women attending the service.
- Maintaining compliance with BreastScreen Victoria protocols, National Accreditation Standards and quality assurance requirements.
- Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
- Collaborating with radiologists, clinicians, nurses and allied health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary breast service.
- Supporting safe clinical practice through adherence to radiation safety, infection prevention and workplace safety standards.
- Contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators including PGMI standards, image quality and technical repeat rates.

About the Role
You are an experienced Psychologist who has worked with consumers presenting with disordered eating. You will be trained in CBT-e, DBT. You will have broad experience either within a public or private setting in supporting consumers recovery from a strengths-based model.

About BETRS
BETRS is a community-based, outpatient service for people with eating disorders, their families and carers. It links with the In Patient Specialist Eating Disorders Beds at Austin Health. The Service provides assessment and treatment planning, group therapy, day program and home based meal support. The Service is staffed by a multi-disciplinary team and operates in line with evidence based best practice and the World Wide Charter for Action on Eating Disorders. The Service contributes to a continuum of care between primary, tertiary, inpatient and community based services.

The Cultural Liaison Officer provides culturally safe, community-led support for First Nations, CALD and Pasifika participants within WMQ’s Mental Health Multidisciplinary Team. Working closely with participants, communities, Elders and cultural leaders, the role coordinates cultural support, advocacy and brokerage, strengthens community partnerships, and promotes culturally responsive service delivery across the program.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing culturally responsive support, advocacy and brokerage to First Nations, CALD and Pasifika participants, ensuring services reflect individual cultural needs and preferences.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Elders, cultural leaders, community-controlled organisations and other key stakeholders to strengthen community connections and referral pathways.
Contributing to multidisciplinary assessments, care planning and service delivery to ensure culturally safe, coordinated and person-centred support.
Promoting cultural safety, trauma-informed practice, recovery and inclusion across all participant interactions and service activities.
Supporting the development of cultural capability across the team through knowledge sharing, training, resources and stakeholder engagement.
Ensuring participants and families are actively involved in decisions about their care while maintaining confidentiality, cultural sensitivity and professional standards.
Maintaining accurate records, support quality improvement activities, and ensure compliance with safeguarding, privacy, workplace health and safety and organisational requirements.

Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital
As Pharmacy Technician, you will assist in the provision of pharmacy services to patients, external organisations, and other hospital caregivers by providing technical support to pharmacists.
The role is offered on a Permanent full-time basis, working 38 hours per week
The Position:
Prepare, label, record and assist in the sterile compounding of medications, including cytotoxic drugs and total parenteral nutrition, under pharmacist supervision.
Manage ordering, receipt, storage and inventory control of pharmaceuticals and consumables, ensuring correct stock rotation and expiry checking across wards and departments.
Support dispensing, imprest distribution and delivery of pharmaceuticals—including restricted and Schedule 8 medicines—while maintaining accurate records and reports.
Assist with quality assurance, statistical reporting, charging processes, recycling of returned medicines and recovery of owing prescriptions.
Maintain pharmacy operations through equipment cleaning, extemporaneous manufacturing, emergency cupboard management, reception support and relief in senior technician roles as required.
You will be familiar with the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme and dispensing procedures. You will also be familiar with or be prepared to undertake training on preparation of cytotoxic medications.
To succeed you will have well developed verbal and written communication skills and a knowledge of medication terminology. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work unsupervised to meet deadlines. You will be required to demonstrate attention to detail, instructions and work procedures with the ability to document accurately and neatly.
Possession of or progress towards Certificate IV Medical Technicians and Assistants (Pharmacy) or equivalent will be highly regarded.
