Southern Fleurieu Health Service is based at Victor Harbor within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, 85km from the Adelaide CBD. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Pharmacist to provide high-quality, comprehensive, and cost-effective pharmacy services for inpatients of the Southern Fleurieu Health service. In this role, you will play a vital part in optimising drug therapy and medication management, ensuring patients receive safe and effective treatment and continuity of medication management on discharge. You will provide expert drug and therapeutic advice to medical, nursing, and allied health professionals, you will contribute to a range of clinical and counselling services, supporting best practices in medication use. You will also work closely with professional and non-professional staff to enhance patient care and improve overall health outcomes.
The Senior Pharmacist leads the local pharmacy team, reporting to the Regional Lead Pharmacist, and demonstrates an ability to operate with a high level of independence, exercising professional judgement and applying clinical knowledge.

About the role:
Reporting to the Manager - Virtual Rehabilitation Ward, this role is responsible for ensuring optimal care and outcomes by providing a comprehensive range of occupational therapy services to patients receiving supported early discharge and home rehabilitation within the SALHN metropolitan area.
Duties for the role will include:
- Conducting virtual and in-person occupational therapy assessments to establish rehabilitation goals aligned with patient function and lifestyle.
- Designing and progressing individualised treatment programs focused on activities of daily living, home safety, and community reintegration.
- Providing information to patients and/or relatives about level of functioning and ongoing management.
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary virtual ward team to coordinate care transitions and discharge planning.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of virtual care models and quality improvement within the unit.
About you:
- A degree or other qualification which entitles registration as an occupational therapist with the Occupational Therapy Broad of Australia.
- Experience as a clinician in the assessment and provision of high quality rehabilitation to clients with a variety of complex neurological, medical or orthopaedic conditions.
- Ability to assume responsibility for the organisation and provision of clinical Occupational Therapy services to Ambulatory Rehabilitation as a member of an interdisciplinary team. This includes ability to undertake assessment and intervention with patients with a variety of disorders and disabilities, including management of complex cases.
- Ability to critically analyse or evaluate issues related to Occupational Therapy care in a manner which can be applied to quality activities, service evaluation, professional education or research with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- High levels of responsibility and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, delegate appropriately. This includes the ability to supervise students, allied health assistants and junior staff.

About the role:

About you:
- Must be eligible for or be willing to undertake a Certificate 3 in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent

- Ability to act responsibly in an emergency situation, with an ability to competently undertake pool rescue protocol per the division's procedures
- Previous relevant experience with patient care or experience working with people of varying degrees of disability and/or backgrounds

About the Role:
SA Health's Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is seeking a Senior Lived Experience Worker to join the Modbury Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit — a dedicated inpatient service supporting adults on their recovery journey. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract through to 2 April 2027, offering a genuine opportunity to use your own lived experience of mental health recovery to shape care, influence practice, and champion the voices of the people this service exists for.
Your Role at Modbury MHS
Working within the Modbury Adult Mental Health Service, you will bring authenticity and credibility to a multidisciplinary team committed to recovery-oriented practice. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Providing peer support and one-to-one mentoring to consumers, drawing on your own lived experience to build connection and trust
- Contributing to the development and delivery of recovery-focused group programs within the rehabilitation unit
- Acting as a senior voice in the team, mentoring less experienced lived experience workers and supporting their reflective practice
- Collaborating with clinical staff to embed consumer perspectives into care planning, service improvement, and discharge preparation
What You Bring
- Genuine lived experience of mental health challenges and a sustained personal recovery, which you are willing to share in a purposeful, professional context
- Demonstrated experience working in a paid or volunteer peer support or lived experience role within a mental health or community health setting
- Understanding of recovery-oriented frameworks and trauma-informed approaches as applied in South Australian mental health services
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries while engaging with consumers in emotionally complex situations
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to contribute as a senior team member across a multidisciplinary environment
- Current or eligible SA employment screening clearances, including a National Police Check

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering evidence-based individual and group interventions focused on functional recovery and community participation

- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with SA Health standards and the Mental Health Act 2009
What You'll Bring
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
- Experience working within mental health settings, ideally in a community or outpatient context
- Sound understanding of recovery-oriented practice frameworks
- Ability to manage a complex caseload with clinical supervision support
- Familiarity with SA Health clinical systems and documentation requirements, or demonstrated ability to adapt quickly
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the northern Adelaide community

About the Role:

The Senior Psychologist (AHP3) is accountable to the Director, Clinical Operations for the provision of comprehensive assessment and treatment services for medical inpatient services within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN). The role will focus on psychological assessment, intervention and consultation. Working in conjunction with allied health staff members and other health professionals, the Senior Psychologist utilises highly specialised clinical skills in the management of complex clinical cases.
The Senior Psychologist applies clinical experience, increasing clinical knowledge and professional competence to plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive and integrated services to the needs of clients of NALHN. The Senior Psychologist works under limited direct clinical supervision and may provide direction and support to less experience clinicians, allied health assistants and students.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant, you'll design and deliver meaningful recreational and lifestyle activities that support the wellbeing, independence, and dignity of residents at Northgate Neuro Behavioural Unit. - Planning and facilitating individual and group activities tailored to residents' interests, abilities, and therapeutic goals

Forensic mental health sits at the intersection of clinical care and the justice system — complex, meaningful, and rarely the same day twice. What You'll Be Doing
As a Forensic Court Liaison Officer within the NALHN Forensic Mental Health Service, you will provide specialist mental health assessment and consultation across court and justice settings in Adelaide's northern metro region. This is a fixed-term part-time contract through to 14 March 2027.
- Conduct mental health assessments of individuals appearing before court, providing timely clinical opinion to magistrates and legal stakeholders
- Liaise effectively with courts, legal representatives, SA Police, and community services to coordinate care pathways
- Prepare clear, accurate clinical reports suitable for court proceedings
- Support diversion from the criminal justice system where clinically appropriate, connecting consumers to relevant mental health services
What You'll Bring
- Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, or Social Worker with relevant mental health experience
- Demonstrated experience in forensic, acute, or community mental health settings
- Sound understanding of the Mental Health Act 2009 (SA) and relevant legislation governing court-referred assessments
- Ability to prepare concise clinical documentation suitable for use in legal proceedings
- Experience working within or alongside justice, corrections, or court-based systems within SA Health or a comparable health network
- Strong interpersonal skills when engaging consumers in high-pressure or unfamiliar environments
To be eligible for this position, you must have an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for one of the following Allied Health disciplines working in the service, specifically:
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with Occupational Therapy Australia

About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist (AHP1), you will provide assessment, intervention, and care planning services to patients across NALHN, supporting individuals to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
Working under the guidance of experienced clinicians, you'll develop your clinical expertise while delivering evidence-based, person-centred care. You may also contribute to the supervision and support of Allied Health Assistants and students.

The Northern Adelaide Geriatric Service based at Modbury Hospital is looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care to older adults across the northern Adelaide community. This is a full-time, short-term contract opportunity running until 21 May 2027 — offering meaningful clinical work within one of South Australia's largest public health networks.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing evidence-based physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for geriatric inpatients at Modbury Hospital
- Contributing to goal-directed care planning alongside medical, nursing, and allied health colleagues within the multidisciplinary team
- Supporting safe and timely patient transitions through rehabilitation, falls prevention, and functional restoration programs
- Participating in student supervision, quality improvement activities, and ongoing service development within the Northern Adelaide Geriatric Service

- Clinical experience in a hospital or acute/subacute setting, with exposure to aged care or geriatric rehabilitation highly regarded
