As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered, contributing to the meaningful work of Queensland’s leading charity retail brand. Our Distribution Centres across Queensland provide our 120 retail stores with quality donated goods, giving pre-loved items a second life and bringing in profit to support our Crisis Support Line and suicide prevention services.

Your part in our Lifeline team
Working out of our Molendinar Distribution Centre, you will:
- Operate baling machine to support export production and facilitate the storage of goods
- Manually move crates/items to ensure that the process line has a continual supply of stock for production
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and containers
- Pack rags to operational standards in preparation for dispatch
- Maintain work stations and storage areas in a clean and tidy manner
- Ensure equipment is maintained in a fully operational condition and report any maintenance or safety issues to relevant supervisor
- Ensure all paperwork relative to your role is recorded accurately and on a daily basis
Important:
The inherent requirements of this role are physically demanding you will need to be physically fit with the capability to complete tasks that require regular lifting, standing and walking.

Your Role as Care Worker

Your Role as Health Liaison Officer – Mental Health Multidisciplinary Team
The Health Liaison Officer plays a key role in connecting Wesley Mission Queensland’s Mental Health Multidisciplinary Team with general practice and primary care providers. Working within a multidisciplinary team, this role builds strong stakeholder relationships, supports referral pathways and shared care arrangements, and helps ensure coordinated, person-centred care across the community. Based at a WMQ site, the role actively engages with stakeholders in community and primary care settings.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Building and maintaining effective referral pathways and shared care arrangements with general practitioners, practice managers and primary care stakeholders.
Developing and sustaining strong relationships with general practices, primary care networks and community partners to support service access and integration.
Promoting the Mental Health Multidisciplinary Team program and act as a key liaison between WMQ and external stakeholders.
Supporting coordinated, person-centred care by facilitating communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary and primary care teams.
Assisting with care coordination activities to ensure smooth transitions between the program and a participant’s broader care network.
Identifying opportunities to strengthen stakeholder engagement, service accessibility and referral outcomes.
Representing WMQ within the community, engaging stakeholders in their own settings to build awareness, partnerships and service connections.

What We’re Looking For
Relevant tertiary qualification in Public Health, Community Development, Social Work, Human Services, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience building stakeholder relationships and referral pathways within primary care, healthcare, or community services.
Strong community engagement, partnership development, or advocacy experience.
Ability to deliver presentations and communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
Understanding of and commitment to working with diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, CALD, Pasifika and LGBTQIA+ communities.
A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!
Knowledge of existing networks within general practice or primary care in the Brisbane South region.
Experience working within a multidisciplinary mental health team.

About the role
This permanent part-time Senior Pharmacist (Grade 3) role is three days per week and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Hospital Pharmacy Service at Neringah Hospital in Wahroonga, and other HammondCare Health & Hospital sites if required.

About the opportunity
The Pain Service Senior Clinical Psychologist P3 is an exciting new role at Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg. The Senior Clinical Psychologist provides psychological assessment, case formulation, psychoeducation and evidence based psychological interventions to outpatients of the Gynaecology Persistent Pelvic Pain Partnership Pathway (P5) Clinic. Working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary Pain Service team based at MHW, the psychologist also provides consultation and liaison to the referring MHW unit and treating team; develops, promotes and improves psychological clinical service delivery, in consultation with the Director of Gynaecology, P5 Clinic Psychiatrist, and Director of Psychology; assists in the development and delivery of multidisciplinary pain management services; attends multidisciplinary reviews, providing consultation, psychoeducation and psychological strategies to assist staff, teams and families/carers. The psychologist may also be involved in supervision of Grade 2 Psychologists and Registrars.

- Current full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist, with Area of Practice Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.

- At least 5 years’ experience as a Psychologist post full AHPRA registration.
- PsyBA approved Psychology Supervisor status (or eligible and working towards same).

- Grade 2 clinical psychologists with significant interest and experience in women’s health and chronic pain may be considered.
- Commitment to working within a recovery-oriented framework, with a compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective client care.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt, problem solve and prioritise workload.
- Demonstrated ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships with a diverse range of people, and contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment.
- Advanced clinical skills and experience in psychological assessment and formulation, mental state and risk assessment, and evidence-based psychological therapies, including in the context of complex and chronic pain presentations with co-existing physical health, mental health, trauma, personality disorders and/or substance abuse.
- Training and knowledge in evidence based psychological therapies and models relevant to persistent pain management.
- Experience in delivering group and individual therapy.
- Understanding and experience in trauma-informed care.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.

About the opportunity
The Occupational Therapy department at WMH offers a supportive environment that promotes a culture of learning and development, with various opportunities for career progression. The friendly WMH OT teams consists of 28 dedicated clinicians who provide referral based holistic care to the emergency department, short stay unit, acute, subacute, community (Health Independence Program, Commonwealth Home Support Program & Support at Home) and outpatient hand therapy clients.
As a Grade 3 Occupational Therapist (Senior Clinician), you will provide safe, evidence‑based clinical leadership and support across the subacute setting. You will play a key role in the delivery and oversight of therapy programs, functional interventions, and patient‑centred care that promote independence, safety, and overall wellbeing.
A Grade 3 OT will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality service delivery, including assessment, intervention planning, and evaluation of outcomes. In this role, you will also provide supervision, guidance, and support to junior Occupational Therapy staff, fostering professional development and maintaining clinical standards within the team.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, the role will contribute to the effective operation of the department through leadership in quality improvement initiatives, resource development and coordination, and maintaining well‑organised and safe therapy environments.

Mercy Health's Transitional Aged Care Program is a Community-based 12 week program providing clinical and practical support to care-recipients in their own homes. The AIN is responsible for providing practical support (eg. personal care, domestic assistance and transport) as well as social support and health monitoring under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. You will join an experienced and passionate team of Nursing and Allied Health professionals, all committed to helping care recipients reach their individual goals, and be safe and confident living in their own homes. This is an opportunity for novice AINs and nursing students to gain valuable experience in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Permanent part-time fixed term position 72 hours per fortnight
- Day shifts only, some weekend work (shift penalties apply)

This role provides professional occupational therapy leadership to MMH&WS staff and promotes best clinical practice of MMH&WS occupational therapists.

We are seeking a skilled, knowledgeable passionate and experienced Child Counsellor to work in our Supporting Children After Separation Service within our Family Law Services suite of services in Caboolture, Moreton Bay.
This position has a primary focus of working with children and young people and providing specialised counselling to children, young people who are experiencing impacts from parental separation and high conflict including domestic and family violence.
You will provide a range of high-quality age-appropriate interventions including assessment; individual and group counselling; and psycho-education and therapeutic supports to children and young people (under 18 years) who are experiencing difficulties related to family relationships and changes in family structure. The position also plays a key role in connecting children and their families with other relevant services through effective referrals and collaborations.
What makes a difference for us?
- Tertiary qualifications (minimum Bachelor) in a relevant human services field, with membership or eligible membership of an appropriate professional body (e.g. AASW, APS, PACFA Member Association) preferred and significant relevant experience
- Excellent counselling, therapeutic and interpersonal skills including knowledge of evidence based therapeutic interventions
- Demonstrated assessment skills, including therapeutic assessment, crisis intervention, risk assessment and safety planning.

- Ability to apply social work clinical knowledge and skills, experience and clinical reasoning in the acute care setting, including formulation of psychosocial assessments, care planning, brief intervention approaches and the development of a responsive and high quality services in achieving optimal physical, emotional, social health and wellbeing for consumers, families and their care providers.

St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs. We are a 197-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients. Our services include medical, surgical, maternity, paediatric, emergency, cardiac, intensive care and rehabilitation. We are supported by comprehensive allied health services and advanced medical and diagnostic services. Pathology, radiology and pharmacy are also available on site, and our emergency department is open 24 hours, seven days a week.
