Your evenings back. A real admin team. 90 minutes of protected admin time, every single day. That's the practice we built - and we mean it literally.
We're Monica and Justin. We started Unbound Minds after years in practices that talked about work-life balance and delivered the opposite, so we built the one we wished we'd worked in. We're an established team of 30+ psychologists across South-West and Western Sydney, with strong referral demand and colleagues to debrief with - you won't be out here on your own.
We track capacity for one reason: to protect you from overload and to signal when it's time to hire. Ask and we'll show you exactly how it works.
Here's what the work actually looks like, day to day - the honest bits first, because they're what you're actually wondering:
- Days are yours. Minimum two, up to five - we build the week around the right person. Rolling recruitment, so let's talk about what fits your life.
- Flexibility that respects your time. Client cancels? Don't warm a chair for two hours - go home, write your notes from the couch. Where appropriate, part of your week can be worked from home. Face-to-face therapy is anchored in-clinic, but your time is treated as yours.
- Pay with no games. Transparent bands with clear, annual, guaranteed reviews. Everything substantial gets billed: reports, longer calls, case conferences.
- Protected time that's real. 50-minute sessions with note-taking built in, plus 90 minutes of protected admin every day. AI note-taking (clients consent at intake) so your evenings come back.
- A dedicated, highly skilled admin team runs booking, billing and scheduling. You do psychology, not paperwork.
- Caseloads matched to your interests - strong in eating disorders, ADHD, trauma, assessments? We route you that work and hold off on what doesn't fit.
- Supervision that isn't box-ticking - monthly group plus dedicated 1-on-1.
- A real path forward - provisional through senior and stream-lead, plus a $1,000 PD allowance, up to $1,000 wellness allowance, early long-service leave (3 years, not 10), and salary packaging.
an AHPRA-registered psychologist who does thoughtful clinical work and wants to do it somewhere sane. Ideally 2+ years - earlier and good? Apply anyway. Heart, judgment and genuine care for clients matter more to us than a perfect CV.
- Monica & Justin, founders, Unbound Minds

Possability Group is a national for-purpose organisation delivering disability, child and family services across Australia. Grounded in the belief that freedom and independence are fundamental human rights, Possability supports people with disability, children, young people and families to thrive.
In late 2022, Possability Group and Lifestyle Solutions came together, bringing together two respected human services organisations with deep experience across disability, out-of-home care, child and family services and community-based supports.
In 2025, Possability Group entered into an agreement to join Independence Australia Group, creating a strengthened platform of purpose-led organisations committed to supporting people living with disability, children, young people and families.
Together, the group brings significant national reach, specialist service capability and a shared commitment to human rights, inclusion, safety and self-determination.
The opportunityThe Clinical Psychologist is a senior specialist role within Possability Group's Child & Family Services portfolio, offering the opportunity to combine meaningful clinical work with broader influence across therapeutic practice.

An understanding of child protection or children's services would be valuable, ideally gained through exposure to child and family services, out-of-home care, disability or a related environment. Experience with CARE, TCI, behaviour support, restrictive practice reduction or clinical framework development would also be welcomed.
You will hold current general registration with AHPRA and clinical psychology endorsement, or be eligible to obtain endorsement.
