About the Role

As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting residents with their daily living needs, delivering compassionate, person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, showering, dressing and grooming, as well as supporting toileting and continence care. This role requires availability to work across a 7 day roster, including night duty.

What You'll Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care
• Plan, coordinate & evaluate nursing services
• Provide education, counselling & rehab support
• Support and guide students, EN's & junior staff

What We're Looking For

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and hold a current practicing certificate
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexible and adaptable to a 7 day, rotating roster
