- Monitor, report, and communicate sustainability performance across Business Unit, Sector, and Global stakeholders.
- 5+ years' experience in agricultural supply chain, agronomy or research and development.
- Experience managing agricultural sustainability programs.
- Degree in Agricultural Science; Postgraduate qualifications or an MBA are advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of agronomy, sustainability and agricultural research and extension.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead people, influence outcomes and build strong partnerships.
