Your part in our St Stephens team
As part of our Food Services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service delivery to all customers including patients, staff and visitors. You will be responsible for basic meal preparation, portioning and serving of hot and cold meals, meal delivery and distribution, and cleaning. In addition to this you will:
- Assist with the timely assembly, delivery and collection of meals to patients and work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure all patients with special dietary requirements/changes are addressed and met
- Act as quality control to ensure all meals are presented to a high standard and are appropriate for each patient, escalating issues where required
- Ensure a high standard of hygiene and safety throughout the food services department that complies with the hospital food safety program
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of HACCP principles in accordance with the hospital’s food safety program
- Demonstrate a passion for customer service and recognise the importance your role plays in providing an exceptional customer experience

We are currently seeking to appoint a Part-time Case Worker to work as a part of the Clare Homes Supported Accommodation Program.
Our Case Workers support families experiencing homelessness with strengths-based, trauma-informed housing case management whilst they are in short-term accommodation.
The position will provide outreach and mobile support to these families.
As part of this role, you will:
- Deliver rapid and coordinated assistance to families in critical need of housing and/or support through triage, strengths-based assessment, collaborative case planning and trauma-informed crisis intervention.
- Apply a strengths-based, person-centred and trauma-informed approach in all interactions, recognising the strengths, resilience and goals of each family and promoting their safety, choice and self-determination.
- Respond to and action referrals identified during case management with families, advocating on behalf of families and linking them with specialist and mainstream services through warm referrals.
- Adhere to program guidelines regarding the appropriate use of allocated funds.
- Undertake administrative duties related to the operation of the program, including maintaining clear, concise and accurate case notes and records within the appropriate timeframes, in line with privacy, confidentiality and duty-of-care obligations.
- Identify, assess and inform line management of current or potential risks that may impact on service delivery and the safety of clients and staff, and work with families to develop safety plans where required.
- Participate in regular supervision and reflective practice to support safe, ethical and trauma-informed practice, professional development and worker wellbeing.
- Positively represent the organisation when engaging with all stakeholders.
- Undertake other duties as and when required within the scope and capabilities of the role.
What makes a difference for us?
- A tertiary qualification (Diploma minimum) in social work, human services, community services or related field is essential
- Knowledge of, and demonstrated ability to apply, strengths-based, person-centred and trauma-informed practice with people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
- Lived experience of homelessness, trauma or navigating the service system is highly valued, along with the ability to draw on that experience to build trust and inform respectful, person-centred practice. Applicants are not required to disclose personal experiences.
- You must have excellent verbal communication skills that enable you to assess needs and strengths accurately and extensively as well as transferable written communication skills to record assessments on the database.
- Ability to build rapport and actively engage in a respectful, non-judgemental way with people who have a range of needs, including people who have experienced trauma, and to provide culturally safe and responsive support, respecting the cultures of all people you support and work alongside.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as responsibly within an autonomous setting, and to reflect on and develop your practice through supervision.

The Team
NESM Hospital Scottsdale provides a range of primary health and community care services. St John of God Burwood Hospital, you will bring your skills, knowledge and confidence to the role of, Perinatal Psychiatry Registrar. You will admit and provide psychiatric care to patients admitted under the supervising psychiatrist.
You will work closely with Consultant Psychiatrists as part of dedicated multidisciplinary clinical teams. This fixed term full-time position (38 hours per week) offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals while delivering high-quality psychiatric and medical care within a supportive and patient-focused environment.
The role
- Provide care to patients on the mother-baby unit
- Conduct outpatient clinics at the Burwood Medical Centre To participate in Psychiatric Registrar Training Program activities.
- Participate in research and quality Improvement activities as directed.
- Interim discharge summary completed within 48 hours and final discharge summary completed within 14 days of discharge.
- Act as a resource and support to Unit Managers and other clinical staff.
- Assume responsibility for organising own workload, in collaboration with supervisor, to complete agreed upon duties within agreed time frame per clinical indicators
- Assist in providing ward cover to the hospital if required.
You will hold general registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) and have at least three years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
You will demonstrate a genuine interest in Perinatal Psychiatry and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care while working under the guidance and supervision of senior clinicians.
You will be dedicated to the wellbeing of mothers and babies/ female patients and will provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Working within the specialised Mother and Baby Unit and the Mums and Kids Matter program, you will support women experiencing perinatal mental health challenges while promoting healthy mother-infant attachment and family wellbeing.

About the Program
The Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) – Intensive Care Program is a comprehensive, supported pathway for Registered Nurses looking to develop specialist skills in critical care nursing.
Commencing in February 2027, this part time opportunity (0.8FTE) combines structured education with hands-on clinical experience, providing the knowledge, confidence and support needed to transition into the dynamic and rewarding ICU environment. Participants will work rotating shifts while undertaking the program.
Working within Cabrini’s 16-bed Level 3 Intensive Care Unit, you will care for patients requiring complex medical, surgical and critical care management, supported by experienced clinicians, educators and leaders.
About Our ICU
Cabrini’s ICU provides care for patients requiring advanced critical care, including:
- Major surgical and post-cardiac surgery recovery
- Respiratory failure and advanced respiratory support
- Neurological and neurosurgical conditions
- Sepsis, renal failure and multi-organ dysfunction
- Emergency admissions and inter-hospital transfers
The Program
Commencing February 2027, the TSP program offers:
- Structured online, face-to-face and clinical learning
- Dedicated study days focused on critical care nursing
- Supported clinical practice with experienced ICU preceptors
- Ongoing mentorship from Nurse Educators and ICU leadership

About You
You are a motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about developing a career in intensive care nursing and committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
To be successful, you will have:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Minimum 18 months post-registration acute nursing experience
- A commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Mercy Health Albury, Geriatric Evaluation and Management ward consists of a 20 bed in-patient ward and provides specialist in-patient Geriatric services to Albury Wodonga and surrounds. Including a multidisciplinary team headed by an enthusiastic Geriatrician, nursing staff, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, social work and pastoral care worker.
About the Role:
- Mercy Health Albury – Geriatric Evaluation and Management Inpatient Unit.

- To provide best practice care as a pivotal member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Act in a position of advocacy for the patient and their family.

About You:
- Essential requirements: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered nurse.
- Must have current immunisation of diseases as listed in NSW Health Policy Directive. This is a Category A Risk position.
- Experience in Rehabilitation desirable but not essential.
- Focused on patient centred nursing.
- Minimum 2 years post graduate nursing experience.
- Demonstrate time management and organisational skills.
- Computer literacy.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.

About the role
The Management Accountant works within a small team of professionals responsible for month-end and year-end financial and statutory accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow planning, fixed assets and capital projects as well as general support for enabling portfolios.
This is a permanent position based at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include
- Month-end and year-end financial and statutory accounting, prudential reporting, budgeting and forecasting, fixed assets and capital projects.
- Ensuring the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and end of year reports. Identify and act on improvements in current procedures to enhance efficiency and timely presentation of reports.
- Assist the GM Finance in preparing regulatory reporting (eg. Government acquittals).
- Manage the processing of general ledger journals, corporate allocations, reconciliation of operating system to general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Liaise with the Corporate Finance Team and the external and internal auditors to assist in the audit and review processes.
- Support in the coordination and management of the annual budget and forecasting process, working with Business Managers and Accountants.
- Coordinate and manage revenue team, maintenance and updating settlement operating system for charges to subsidy and fee rates.
- Managing and supporting one direct report
- Work closely with Finance Officers ensuring best possible client services, understand and apply Aged Care Regulations, debt management and recovery.
About You
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- At least 2-3 years practical experience in a similar corporate role
- Degree in relevant field
- CPA or CA qualified or working towards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to a range of audiences, from senior executives to junior staff

- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and patience

- Exposure to the Aged Care Sector advantageous

Care Partner - what's involved in the role?
We have Full-time positions available, Monday- Friday in the HammondCare at Home Team Lismore Office, managing our clients during our growth phase.
•The Care Partners assist in providing services tailored to the needs of individual clients, delivered within budget and service expectations, including ongoing client assessment and the development of care plans in consultations with key stakeholders.
•Responsible for care management of existing clients and client-related KPIs
