Central Coast Local Health District offers an Integrated Training Program (ITP), for medical officers in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G), based at Gosford Hospital. The program satisfies the requirements of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG), for Membership and Fellowship. This position involves general experience in labour ward management and gynaecology operating. Provide effective medical services to patients under supervision, while developing expertise in medical practice, in a complex clinical environment in inpatients and outpatient areas in the public health organisation. The department also offers support and guidance for the completion of RANZCOG's Certificate of Women's Health (CWH).
Gosford Hospital is the principal referral hospital and trauma centre for the Central Coast, with over 500 inpatient beds and 24/7 access to the emergency department and operating theatres. A recent $368 million dollar redevelopment delivered a new emergency department, ICU, nuclear medicine facility, special care nursery and expanded medical imaging services.
Wyong Hospital is an acute major metropolitan hospital with over 300 beds providing inpatient, outpatient and emergency services to residents in the northern region of the Central Coast. A recent $200 million expansion delivered a new emergency department, ICU, paediatric unit, inpatient wards, theatres and expanded medical imaging services. Another development is the Wyong Women's Centre, due for completion at the end of 2024. This will provide more accommodation for antenatal and gynaecology outpatient clinics. About the roleWe have an opportunity for a Drug and Alcohol Testing Officer to be part of our Professional Standards Command. The position is responsible for administrating statewide workplace drug & alcohol tests in accordance with relevant legislation and the NSWPF Drug & Alcohol policy and procedures.
- Work a seven day flexible roster and undertake rotational shift work and on-call duties regularly as rostered.
- Willingness to travel statewide as required.

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $102,936 to $113,579 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.

About the Role
We're looking for a passionate Team Leade r to manage a Supported Independent Living (SIL) service s on the Central Coast You'll lead a team of dedicated direct support professionals, ensuring high quality person- centered care that empowers clients to thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of SIL sit e s.
Ensuring homes are safe, welcoming, and compliant.
Leading the development and review of person-centered support plan
Ensuring documentation is accurate and aligned with policy and system requirements.
Supporting clients during NDIS planning and review meetings
Participating in behaviour support planning and restrictive practices where required
Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance and engagement.
Coordinating rosters, leave and recruitment with HR and Scheduling teams.
Who We're Looking For
2-3 years leadership experience in the disability sector
Willingness to participate in flexible working hours including on call, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient
Excellent organi s ational , communication and coaching skills
Hold a valid NSW Driver's Licence (P2/full) and are confident driving Unisson vehicles.
Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable)
