Working within the IUIH model of care, you will be required to:
- Provide clinical services to clients and appropriate clinical care including biomechanical, general care, surgery, diabetic foot care, paediatric, community education and provision of orthotics and appropriate footwear
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals including allied health, GPs, Aboriginal Health Workers, Care Coordinators and more.
- Liaise with health professionals including General Practitioners on patient care and provide reports to referring GPs in accordance with Medicare requirements
- Ensure information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic health record system, and that records are maintained in accordance with AGPAL standards
- Ensure maintenance of privacy and confidentiality in relation to client information

- 3-8 years experience, including at least 2 years owning customer facing delivery or product in a B2B software environment
- Experience in a start up or scale up, comfortable with ambiguity and a high degree of ownership
- A track record of taking requirements from a customer conversation through to shipped software, not just managing a schedule against someone else's spec
- Hands on experience working closely with engineers, prototyping and iterating rather than handing over a document
- Confident stakeholder management with senior clinical, technical and commercial audiences
- The right to work in Australia
- Health tech domain experience, with a working understanding of clinical terminology and regulatory considerations
- Experience from inside a CRO, hospital or health service for example clinical operations, clinical research, data or digital health teams and an understanding of how those organisations actually work
- Exposure to healthcare data standards such as FHIR, or to data transformation, harmonisation or integration projects
- Commercial awareness: experience working with commercial teams on scoping, change control, renewals or expansion

About This OpportunityThe Research Office plays a pivotal role in supporting UQ's research enterprise, partnering with researchers, faculties and professional teams to secure, establish and manage research funding that drives innovation and global impact. As the Manager (Awards), you will lead a team responsible for delivering high quality post-award research administration services across the University. Combining strategic leadership with hands on operational involvement, you will oversee complex funding agreements, provide specialist advice on policy and compliance matters, support team capability development and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery. Position Description:
The General Practitioner role is to provide comprehensive medical care to individuals, families and communities (from initial consultation to follow up) on simple and complex health conditions. The General Practitioner provides a range of health services ranging from prevention of illness through to treatment and rehabilitation. The position requires consultation with other professionals internally (e.g. Nurse) and externally (e.g. specialist) as required, with coordination and ongoing care relating back to the General Practitioner. General Practitioners in this role continue to assist patients and the community by providing ongoing education, participation in health promotion, conducting research and assisting training to colleagues and other health professionals.
