- Drive Hospitality standards across homes within the region as requested by the Hospitality Development Manager or Regional Manager in line with Estias Hospitality standards.
- Maintain budget performance across those homes whilst providing the highest quality offerings.
- Conduct Head Chef orientations
- Assist the Hospitality Development Manager with menu development which are in line with Estia’s ‘Cook Fresh’ philosophy.
- Maintain an A rating for food safety and ensure Estia’s Food Safety programs audit program is complete.
- Insure that homes across the region are fully compliant with relevant AACQA standards relating to food.

As part of the Service Desk Team, we are looking for someone who can provide technical assistance and support to the organization's IT hardware, software, and systems
Traits that will help you succeed
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, software, phones, and peripheral equipment.
- Troubleshooting and performing a variety of technical tasks.
- Logging requests and incidents in the ITSM tool.
- Responding to user support requests and inquiries within agreed timeframes and Service Level Agreements.
- Assist in basic operation and maintenance of shared equipment.
- Preparing detailed instructions, training, and educating users in the operation of technology systems.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends, risk mitigation and security methods.

Essential skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar IT Service Desk role.
- Demonstrated skills in the installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of PCs, printers, software, and information security systems.
- Basic Microsoft Windows troubleshooting and hardware fault diagnosis, installations, and maintenance.
- Experience with managing work through an IT Service Management tool.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems (e.g. Windows 11, Server 2016) and Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Reporting into the head of the home, known as the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), you’ll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents’ wellbeing.
As second in command, you’ll:
- Look after residents and nurture the relationship with their family
- Train up the next generation of carers and nurses
- Oversee your clinic, from stock to compliance and reporting
- Develop clinical care programs, making them the best they can be
- Help financially manage the home
You’ll be an honest and ethical leader, with a hunger to learn and challenge yourself. You’ll also have:

- Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration
- At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above
