About the role
We are seeking applications for an Administration Officer to join Raphael Services NSW on a permanent part-time basis, working three days per week from our Blacktown office.
Raphael Services provides compassionate, person-centred support to individuals and families experiencing social, emotional, and wellbeing challenges during the perinatal period across New South Wales.
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to the service, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. You will create a welcoming and professional environment for clients, families, and carers, while supporting caregivers and the broader team with a range of administrative and coordination tasks.

Your skills and experience

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Enrolled & Registered Nurse to join our highly skilled 3 East Surgical/Medical team at St John of God Geelong Hospital on a permanent full-time basis.
3 East is a 29-bed Surgical/Medical ward providing high-quality, patient-centred care across a diverse range of specialties, including Gynaecology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Plastics, Vascular, Paediatrics and General Medical.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team while further developing your clinical skills across a broad range of post-operative and medical presentations. You will play an integral role in delivering safe, compassionate and evidence-based care to patients throughout their hospital journey.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate relevant acute surgical and/or medical nursing experience, a strong commitment to patient-centred care and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You must be available and able to work across a rotating roster, including AM, PM and night duty (ND) shifts, as well as weekends.

The Position

Provides high-quality post-operative nursing care to patients following surgical procedures, including monitoring recovery, pain management, wound care and mobilisation.
Administers medications and treatments safely and effectively in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
Ensures Infection Prevention and Management policies and procedures are understood, adhered to and consistently implemented in clinical practice.
About You
You will hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Enrolled or Registered Nurse, with recent clinical experience in an acute care, surgical, medical or relevant healthcare environment.
To succeed in this role, you will have well-developed clinical, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will demonstrate sound clinical judgement, strong assessment skills and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality and patient-centred care.

Your role
We are looking to recruit a Social Worker (Grade 2) to support our Armadale Medicare Mental Health Centre, on a permanent full-time basis.
Roster will include evening shifts, weekends and public holidays (penalty rates applicable).
Our team provides a safe and welcoming spaces for locals to walk in and access free mental health support and services - no referral, Medicare card or appointment needed. Staffed by qualified mental health professionals and people with lived experience, the centres provide immediate support to adults in distress, including their families, friends and carers. We can also connect people with other support services, such as employment assistance, to support them in the future.
The Position
Provide evidence based senior Social Work services to consumers/carers within the clinical specialty area/s.
Provide Social Work assessment, intervention and evaluation at an advanced practice level for complex and general caseload/s.
Ensures effective multidisciplinary teamwork through professional communication and comprehensive liaison with colleagues, consumers/carers and service providers.
Ensures maintenance of appropriate clinical documentation and clinical information systems.
Actively intervene with appropriate counselling, support, education, community liaison and referrals.
Liaise with consumers and their carers to identify social support requirements.
Contribute to effective and efficient consumer discharge planning via timely collaboration and communication with the multi-disciplinary team, the consumer and their careers.
You will have senior clinical experience and leadership in a specialised area of practice within a healthcare setting, ability to undertake professional supervision and/or mentor junior staff and develop evidence based, innovative clinical practices and initiation of quality improvement activities.
Successful applicants will have tertiary qualifications in Social Work and be eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Work.

About the role
St John of God Bunbury Hospital is inviting enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our highly skilled Renal Services. Your skills and experience
To be considered for this role, you will hold current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
While not essential, a minimum of three years’ renal nursing experience is highly desirable and will be viewed favourably.
You will possess sound knowledge of the acts, codes and standards relevant to contemporary nursing practice, along with clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Your well‑developed interpersonal abilities and relationship‑building skills will enable you to work effectively within a multi‑disciplinary healthcare team.

We can offer you
Salary: $82,945 to $106,630 per annum, plus 12% superannuation
Permanent part-time position up to 60 hours per fortnight

Your role at St John of God Social Outreach
We are seeking applications for a Clinical Nurse (Mental Health) to join our Medicare Mental Health Service on a permanent full-time basis (Monday to Friday) in Mirrabooka Western Australia.
Our team provides a safe and welcoming spaces for locals to walk in and access free mental health support and services - no referral, Medicare card or appointment needed. Staffed by qualified mental health professionals and people with lived experience, the centres provide immediate support to adults in distress, including their families, friends and carers. We can also connect people with other support services, such as employment assistance, to support them in the future.
You will provide a high standard of consumer care, acts as a clinical resource and effectively manages resources to deliver quality consumer outcomes in the relevant Medicare Mental Health service setting.
The Position
- Applies advanced clinical knowledge and skills in the coordination of direct care to consumers.
- Undertakes comprehensive Mental Health Assessments and develops care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Supervises nursing practice and takes responsibility for standard of care delivered.
- Acts a clinical resource, maintains and develops clinical skills relevant to area of practice.
- Initiates reviews and coordinates care of consumers with complex health problems.
- Serves as a consumer advocate, protecting the rights and safety of consumers at all times.
- Evaluates the quality of nursing practice and participates in quality improvement initiatives to improve consumer outcomes.
- Ensures the correct use and care of all Medicare Mental Health Centres equipment by self and colleagues.
- Actively contributes to the development of clinical policies and procedures in area of specialty.
- Ensures documentation meets service standards and legal requirements.
Successful applicants must be registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and have relevant post-registration experience in an acute mental health environment. You will have experience well-developed written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Successful applicants will have basic computer skills & knowledge and a current national police clearance.

- Permanent full-time | 38 hours per week
