What's required
- Previous experience providing administrative or business support.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confidence using complex business systems and technology applications.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills, together with a current driver’s licence.
You'll also share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, embedding them in everything you do.

You are a highly credible stakeholder manager and communicator who can build trusted relationships, influence decision-making and negotiate positive outcomes across diverse stakeholders. Most importantly, you are motivated by the opportunity to deliver projects that create meaningful social value and strengthen communities.
What's required
- Degree qualification in Property, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience leading complex high rise residential, mixed-use, seniors living or master-planned developments.
- Advanced capability in feasibility analysis, financial modelling, investment assessment and commercial decision-making.
- Strong experience in procurement, contract administration and construction delivery.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects concurrently.
