About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, evidence-based care within a supportive and collaborative health service environment. You will provide and coordinate high-quality patient care, ensuring clinical excellence and contributing to a positive experience for patients and their families.
In this role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes, while continuing to develop your professional skills through ongoing education and experience. You’ll take accountability for your own practice standards and for the care activities delegated to others, upholding the values of integrity, compassion, and respect in every aspect of your work. You will work across a seven-day roster, including early, late, and night shifts, providing flexible and continuous care to meet the needs of patients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.

Role Overview: As a Personal Care Worker, you will assist in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

- Mobility Support: Helping with transfers, using wheelchairs, lifters, and other mobility aids as needed.

- Provide peer-supported expert evidence regarding forensic medical examination findings for use within the legal system
Skills and Experience
- Sexual and reproductive health management including competent performance of anogenital examinations and provision of prophylaxis to prevent pregnancy and STIs
- Acute medical assessment in a general practice, Emergency Department or other acute medical setting
- Knowledge of contemporary practice, issues and research in relation to interpersonal violence, and of the issues relating to people who have experienced sexual assault, including a commitment to a feminist analysis of the issue
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to work with individuals for positive health outcomes and to foster productive working relationships both internally and externally

About the Role
Be part of a dedicated Facilities and Maintenance team supporting Clare Hospital and Lower North Health Services, including Burra, Balaklava, Snowtown, and Riverton. As a Maintenance Officer in our casual pool, the successful applicant will provide high-quality, efficient, and effective facilities maintenance and repairs across a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking preventative and breakdown maintenance and repairs on plant, equipment, and buildings in line with organisational and legislative requirements.
- Ensuring the installation and maintenance of equipment meets regulations and standards.
- Accurate record keeping of maintenance activities and compliance documentation.
- Maintaining grounds, gardens, and supporting waste management activities.
- Promoting and maintaining a safe working environment in line with Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation.
- Liaising professionally with staff, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and disaster/emergency response preparation.
