Our Neighbourhood Administration / Scheduling Officer is a key support role to the delivery of our Community Care based services. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are running efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience.
Key responsibilities include but are limited to:
- Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood
- Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in person
- Manage requests, concerns and inquiries
- Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
- Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested
- Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.
- Monitor, order and distributeoffice supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other Blue Care systems and databases
- Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate - Advanced skills required)
- Assist senior staff with special projects as required

- You will have effective verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in rostering/scheduling - Highly regarded

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitude
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies

About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist (AHP1), you will provide assessment, intervention, and care planning services to patients across NALHN, supporting individuals to achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
Working under the guidance of experienced clinicians, you'll develop your clinical expertise while delivering evidence-based, person-centred care. You may also contribute to the supervision and support of Allied Health Assistants and students.

- Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration

About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service (NARS) is looking for a committed Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Modbury, delivering high-quality outpatient rehabilitation. The position is based in the Day Rehabilitation Service (DRS), located at the Specialist Ambulatory and Rehabilitation Centre (SpARC). This is a purpose-built rehabilitation facility with a fully equipped gym and hydrotherapy facilities. Based at Cranbourne Community Hospital, this is a fixed term part-time position (0.8 EFT until October 2027) will see you provide operational and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team supporting children, young people and their families.
Working in partnership with the Consultant Psychiatrist and Community Mental Health Service Manager, you will lead a diverse team of clinical, lived experience and wellbeing professionals, supporting high-quality, coordinated and culturally responsive care. Key Responsibilities will include:

Your role
We have permanent part-time and casual opportunities for Patient Food Services Attendants to join our team.
As our kitchen operations run 7 days a week, to be considered for this role you will need to have availability to be rostered on weekdays and weekends for morning and afternoon shifts.
You will participate as a team member across all areas of the Catering Department and contribute as required in the prompt & timely delivery of patient meals. This includes the production and service of patient meals, clearing patient trays, cleaning, general kitchen duties and movement of food stocks.
Your skills and experience
You will have customer service and industrial food handling skills experience including hygiene standards and knowledge of safe Housekeeping, Safe Manual Handling Techniques and Safe Chemical Use.
To succeed you will have organisation skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet multiple deadlines and a high level of customer service skills including flexibility, tact and diplomacy. You will have interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to individuals and groups including senior management, caregivers, external professional service providers, our clients and the public.

About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse to join Bulahdelah Community Health Service and become part of a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering care to the local community.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Community Registered Nurse, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients requiring wound management and palliative care across both clinic and home settings.
You will:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes and in the community health clinic.
- Assess, manage and monitor a diverse range of wounds.
- Apply your knowledge of wound physiology and the wound healing process to clinical practice.
- Provide compassionate, person-centred palliative care to patients and their families.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans in partnership with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.
- Coordinate and prioritise your caseload to ensure safe, timely and effective care.
- Work closely with the Palliative Care team, Wound Management Specialist and other health professionals.

In this role, you will join the team at Gulgong Multi Purpose Service where you will be closely supported by the Nurse Manager, Registered & Enrolled nurses to expand your clinical skillset and be encouraged to learn.
The Assistant in Nursing is an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Gulgong MPS has 6 residential aged care beds, 4 subacute and 2 ED beds. With a small team of nurses, one RN and one EN on each shift.
The team prides itself on the care they provide to the patients and residents.
You’ll have strong communication, empathy, and customer service skills while you assist patients with their daily routines, such as showering, toileting, dressing, eating, communication, mobility, medication, and exercise. You’ll keenly observe those in your care, work well within a team and work within the CORE values of NSW Health.
You will have a current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to drive for work purposes & the willingness to work shifts, on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Garrawarra Centre is a 104 bed Dementia Specific Residential Aged Care Facility located in the tranquil setting of Garrawarra State Conservation Area, Waterfall. The Centre is one of the few purpose-built, dementia specific facilities in New South Wales.
There is ample, free on-site parking but you will need your own reliable transport as Garrawarra is not accessible by any public transport.

What you'll be doing

Contribute to collecting accurate health care information and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required

What you'll be doing
- To provide an environment of learning to enable the CMO to gain experience in Geriatric Medicine at Nepean Hospital.
- Coordinating and documenting the admission, management and discharge planning of patients seen in the Unit.
- The day-to-day assessment and management of the patients in the Unit, communicating with them and their family the nature of their condition and its treatment. Attend daily case conferencing or as required.
- Communicating and coordinating care with their team, arranging consultation with other staff when CGA of Hip fracture patients presenting to ED.
- All decisions concerning the patient(s) in consultation with their immediate supervisor and team.
- Participating in the virtual aged care service (VACS) with responsibility for the medical management of patients under the service in the community. The community responsibilities will underpin the hospital avoidance strategies and will include medical assessments at home ie includes community or Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF).
- Continuity of care for the VACS patients between hospital and community to optimise patient recovery and optimise health.
- Providing clinical governance to Community Staff working with the target population.

- The Nepean Aged Health Service provides a comprehensive array of services that cover the continuum of care across acute subacute, Geriatric Outreach services, in community including residential aged care.
- 56 and 4 ACRAU/MAUacute beds and 16 geriatric rehabilitation beds and 6 GEM beds.
- Acute services include:
- ACRAU – Aged Care Rapid Assessment Unit (4 beds)
- A multidisciplinary ASET team
- Two Acute Aged Care Wards
- Orthogeriatric service
- COPS – Care of Older Person in Surgery
Subacute services include:
- Specialty clinics (Cognitive Disorders, General, Comprehensive Falls and Fractures) and PrEPP
- Springwood 10-15 subacute beds
- Aged Care Assessment Team
- VACs program provides Geriatric Outreach service in community and in RACFs via Single Point of Contact
- Innovative telehealth pilots with RACFs and outlying facilities
Essential requirements
- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated clinical practice as a registered medical practitioner in the last 2 years in a setting appropriate to the needs of the position.
- Minimum four years postgraduate experience, with at least one year experience in Aged Care within Australia.
- This position is subject to an appropriate supervision level which can be supported by the health agency. If the incumbent’s registration conditions include supervision requirements, the level of supervision must be able to be supported by the health agency for this role.
- Valid Working with Children Check, cleared National Police Check.
- To be employed by NSW Health you are required to provide evidence of vaccination to comply with the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy, this includes any amendments made from time to time.

About the Role
Join our Youth Services and Forensic Mental Health in Community Health team as a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of people across Melbourne’s south-east. This is a part-time (0.8 EFT), ongoing role based in Dandenong, working across our Youth Health Hubs and Forensic Mental Health programs, including services delivered on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will provide psychosocial assessment, therapeutic intervention, care coordination and group programs. You’ll support young people aged 15–25 years, as well as adults with mild to moderate mental health needs who have mental health treatment requirements as part of a Corrections Order or parole.
Using evidence-based, trauma-informed and person-centred approaches, you’ll support people to improve their health, wellbeing and independence.
About the Program
Youth Services supports young people aged 15–25 years to improve their health literacy, manage their health and wellbeing, and reduce preventable chronic disease and avoidable hospital admissions.
The Forensic Mental Health in Community Health (FMHiCH) Team supports adults on Corrections Orders or parole who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health conditions. The team assists people to access appropriate healthcare, meet their mental health treatment requirements and reduce their risk of reoffending.
Both services sit within a broader multidisciplinary program alongside Sexual and Reproductive Health Services and Community Health Nursing. Our teams value collaboration, inclusion and trauma-informed care, working closely with families, community organisations and health services.
About You
You are a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with people experiencing vulnerability, disadvantage or complex health needs. You bring a collaborative, strengths-based approach and are confident building therapeutic relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or equivalent
- Current general AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, with no restrictions
- Strong assessment, therapeutic intervention and care coordination skills
- Group facilitation skills and the ability to engage people from diverse backgrounds, including refugee and CALD communities
- Current Victorian Driver Licence
