About the Role
Permanent Full time position
Reporting into the head of the home, known as the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), you’ll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents’ wellbeing.
As second in command, you’ll:
- Look after residents and nurture the relationship with their family
- Train up the next generation of carers and nurses
- Oversee your clinic, from stock to compliance and reporting
- Develop clinical care programs, making them the best they can be
- Help financially manage the home
You’ll be an honest and ethical leader, with a hunger to learn and challenge yourself. You’ll also have:
- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration
- At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above
- Experience in managing people and budgets
- A background in Aged Care

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Project Manager in the successful delivery of the SQL Modernisation and Application Audit projects. The role coordinates project activities, schedules, documentation, and stakeholder engagement while monitoring progress to ensure delivery within agreed timeframes, scope, and quality standards.
In addition, the role is responsible for analysing business operational requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and recommending effective business solutions. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, the Project Coordinator defines requirements, evaluates solution options, supports acceptance testing, and fosters strong relationships across SVHA, Digital & Technology, vendors, and external partners to enable successful project outcomes.
About the role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of IT application and database migration projects, including the SQL Modernisation and Application Audit projects.
This role will coordinate project activities, schedules, governance, documentation and stakeholder engagement, while supporting business analysis, process improvement and business readiness activities. You will work closely with business, technical and vendor stakeholders to help ensure projects are delivered within agreed timeframes, scope and quality standards.
The role
- Coordinate IT application and database migration projects, including planning, scheduling, governance and documentation
- Support the Project Manager with project coordination and delivery activities
- Engage business, technical and vendor stakeholders, facilitating workshops and communications
- Support requirements gathering, business and process analysis, change and impact assessment activities. Analyse business operational requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Evaluate solution options and support the recommendation of effective business solutions
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, issues and dependencies. Maintain project documentation, governance artefacts and project reporting
About you
- 5+ years’ experience in Project Coordination or Business Analysis within IT application projects
- Experience coordinating IT application and/or database migration projects
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, governance, documentation and reporting
- Experience working with business, technical and vendor stakeholders
- Strong requirements gathering, business analysis and process analysis skills
- Experience supporting change, impact assessment and business readiness activities
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to monitor and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams
- Experience working within a complex organisation or regulated environment will be highly regarded

About the position:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Clinical Nurse (Education) with a passion for clinical teaching and facilitation. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Education, Oncology and Haematology to join our Education Team at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside.
This role is a Level 2 Clinical Nurse permanent, part-time position of 32 hours (0.4 FTE) per fortnight.
Reporting to the Education Manager, the Clinical Nurse (Education) is a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, responsible for promoting clinical excellence and staff development. This role supports the department’s vision of delivering evidence-based care through continuous learning and professional growth by addressing both organisational and learners' needs.
You will be responsible for all aspects of clinical education and training within the Oncology and Haematology environment including inpatient and outpatient areas supported by a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will further include providing excellent person-centred development of staff, assessment of clinical skills, assisting with clinical education events and support of other education activities within the hospital in close collaboration with other members of the clinical education team.

About the position:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Clinical Nurse Educator with a passion for palliative care and clinical teaching to join our St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane team. This is a temporary, 12 month position, working 48 hours per fortnight (0.63 FTE) available to commence mid-December.
The purpose of this role is to provide clinical expertise and specialty knowledge through advanced clinical leadership and education relevant to the specialty of Palliative Care. Under the direction of the Clinical Education Manager as your direct reporting line, and in close collaboration with Nurse Unit Managers in Community Palliative Care and Palliative Care In-patients, you will lead, facilitate and support the planning, promotion, coordination, development, implementation and evaluation of palliative care education based on best practice clinical principles. This role contributes to learning and development programs by building workforce capability and competence through the provision of contemporary and evidence-based education, learning activities and clinical practice support.
You will be responsible for all aspects of education and training across our palliative care settings, and work in close collaboration with the education team to support and participate in other education functions and responsibilities across the organisation. As a Senior Consultant, Advisory and Delivery Services, you'll join a newly established internal consulting team supporting some of Queensland's most critical health, aged care, community and hospital services. You will work alongside leaders and frontline teams across UnitingCare to understand complex challenges, develop practical solutions and help turn recommendations into action.
This is a rare opportunity to combine the challenge and variety of consulting with the purpose and stability of one of Australia's largest not-for-profit organisations. You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of engagements spanning project delivery, business analysis, change management, operational improvement, service redesign, transformation support and implementation planning. What makes a difference for us?
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, strategy, operations, health administration or a related discipline, or equivalent advisory and project delivery experience.
- Five to seven years’ experience in management consulting, internal advisory, project delivery, transformation, operational improvement or change management.
- Experience contributing to a broad range of consulting or delivery assignments, from problem definition and analysis through to implementation.
- Demonstrated project and engagement delivery capability.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complexity into practical solutions.

About the Role
The District Nurse Manager, Integrated Virtual Care Services (IVCS), provides strategic, operational and professional nursing leadership across a complex, district wide portfolio of virtual and community based services. This is a Full-Time permanent position based in Port Macquarie with the ability to travel the district.
About You
You are a registered nurse with current AHPRA registration and extensive senior nursing leadership experience across complex healthcare environments and can bring a strong combination of clinical expertise, health service management, strategic leadership and a demonstrated commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, patient centred care.
You can provide strategic, operational and professional leadership across multidisciplinary teams and complex service portfolios, with a focus on workforce capability, service performance, clinical governance and continuous improvement. You will need experience leading service redesign, organisational change and the implementation of innovative models of care, with the ability to translate strategic priorities into practical, sustainable improvements in service delivery. Do you have a strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management, quality improvement, accreditation, policy development and performance management.
You will have experience in workforce planning, resource management and monitoring service performance against key performance indicators, with a focus on achieving sustainable outcomes while maintaining quality and patient safety along with bringing highly developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills and are confident working with executive leaders, clinicians, government agencies and external partners to build relationships, influence outcomes and deliver shared priorities.

What you'll be doing
As the Registered Nurse in the Inpatient Unit, you will provide safe, effective and compassionate nursing care across a diverse patient population.

- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Recognise and respond appropriately to changes in a patient's clinical condition.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and scope of practice.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, carers and members of the healthcare team.
- Work collaboratively with Visiting Medical Officers and utilise telehealth services to support patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation using the EPIC electronic medical record system.
You will generally work alongside one to two Enrolled Nurses and report to the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), with after-hours support provided by the In-Charge.

The Team
The Child Health and Parenting Service (CHaPS) provides important health and wellbeing services to families across Tasmania with children aged 0 to 5. The service promotes the healthy development and wellbeing of children, providing growth and developmental assessments, health-focused early intervention, referrals and connections with other early childhood providers.
The CHaPS Residential Parenting Unit (lilinga) supports early intervention and support to families to navigate the adjustments and broad range of challenges that can arise during early parenting, equipping them with the confidence, knowledge and tools needed to support family wellbeing.
lilinga means Tasmanian Myrtle Beech (Nothofagus cunninghamii) in palawa kani, the language of Tasmanian Aborigines.
The Role
The ANUM for lilinga supports the NUM in the leadership and coordination of client-centred care including intake, triage, and admission processes, as well as post-discharge follow up. The ANUM also supports the NUM in resource management (including supporting rostering), service development, quality assurance and improvement, and the promotion of a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
You will need
- Demonstrated Child and Family Health clinical experience with the ability to provide clinical leadership, exercise professional judgement, and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of service delivery and resource management; demonstrated ability to contribute to service improvement, policy development and innovation.
- Excellent organisational, time management, communication and teamwork skills; and advanced knowledge of clinical risk management, safety, quality and WHS principles within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) is seeking an exceptional leader to join our Executive team as Executive Director Quality & Improvement. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape organisation-wide quality, safety, patient experience, innovation and continuous improvement across a complex tertiary health service comprising 16 sites and more than 7,500 staff.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide inspiring and people centric leadership and assurance, ultimately ensuring SVHM continues to deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred care whilst strengthening our capability to learn, innovate and continuously improve.
Leading multidisciplinary teams across quality operations, patient experience, infection prevention, health information systems, continuous improvement, and environmental services, you will foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the Department of Health, Safer Care Victoria, St Vincent’s Health Australia, clinicians, consumers, and partner organisations.
Primary day to day accountabilities for this organisationally critical appointment include:
- Provide executive leadership for organisation-wide quality, safety and continuous improvement.
- Lead the development and implementation of SVHM's quality, safety and improvement strategy.
- Provide assurance to the CEO, Executive and Board Committees on quality, safety, risk and performance.
- Strengthen the organisation's clinical governance framework, including clinical risk, accreditation, credentialing and clinical accountability.
- Lead a system-wide approach to learning from incidents and adverse events and embed a strong just culture.
- Champion exceptional patient and consumer experience, including meaningful consumer and lived-experience participation in service design and improvement.
- Oversee quality data analytics and clinical information systems to support evidence-based decision making.
- Lead major quality improvement, service redesign and transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the Innovation and Improvement function and support the development of contemporary models of care.
As Executive Director Quality & Improvement you will ensure the organisation maintains robust governance systems, achieves accreditation and regulatory requirements, and responds effectively to emerging healthcare challenges and system priorities.
About You
We are looking to appoint a collaborative and values-driven executive who combines engaging leadership with the ability to translate strategy into measurable improvements in quality, safety and patient outcomes.
Specifically, it is anticipated the successful candidate will offer:
- Previous senior leadership experience within a complex healthcare environment.
- A strong understanding of the Victorian and Australian public healthcare systems, including funding, policy, accreditation and governance.
- Demonstrated success leading clinical governance, quality, safety and improvement agendas.
- Experience operationalising large-scale strategic projects, transformation, change management and service re-design.
- The credibility and confidence to work effectively with clinicians, executives, government, consumers and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational acumen, with the ability to use data and insight to drive performance and outcomes.
- A commitment to person-centred care, equity, ethical practice, workplace safety and continuous improvement.
Additionally, a relevant tertiary qualification in health, public health, health management, business, economics, public policy or a related discipline is required. Whilst not essential, postgraduate qualifications in health management, business administration, leadership, public policy, or quality and safety will be highly regarded.

About the role:
