About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Clinical Case Manager on a Full-time ongoing basis, Monday to Friday. SECU Diversion operates from Dandenong Community Service Building and Dandenong Hospital. Consumers are seen both at the clinic and in their own environment.

About Us
The SECU Diversion Program values and supports each person’s unique journey to a life inspired by hope and potential, in a least restrictive manner. SECU Diversion provides intensive recovery-oriented treatment to consumers experiencing a range of mental health problems within the community setting. Clinicians are required to manage a number of consumers, providing; direct support and interventions, coordination of care, and referral to other relevant community professionals, agencies and services to support the individual needs of consumers, their carers and family members.
The service provides community outreach between the hours of 08:30-17:00 Monday-Friday. When not providing outreach, the team is based at Dandenong Hospital. Consumers are seen both at the Community Service Building and in their own environments. Our clinicians are required to have a good working knowledge of the mental health service structure, including both public health and Mental Health Community Support services, and of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Act 2022.
About You
To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:
- Demonstrated capacity to perform community-based and Emergency Department based mental health assessments of people in an acute phase of a psychiatric disorder including comprehensive risk assessments
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in recovery orientated practice, family and carer inclusive practice and supported decision making
- Substantial relevant experience in community-based assessment of acute and chronically mentally ill people and of people with a range of mental disorders
Mandatory requirements of the role:
- Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra), and consent to ongoing registration checks via Monash Health’s electronic credentialing systems.

Join our team as a Level 3 Consumer Lived Experience Worker on a ongoing part-time basis to work in our Infant, Child and Youth Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (Youth) based in the Youth Consultation and Treatment Team.
This role has been developed specifically for people who have lived experience of mental health challenges. This position will provide peer support to young people accessing the Youth Consultation and Treatment Team (YCTT). The YCTT work with young people aged 16-25 who have a mental disorder other than psychosis, for example, borderline personality disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.
The Youth Peer Worker will undertake direct peer work with young people, including mentoring, decision making support and recovery coaching. Consumers will be followed up both by phone, telehealth and by face to face contacts in community clinics, other community settings and their own homes. As an integral and highly valued member of the multi-disciplinary team, the Youth Peer Worker will provide support and practical assistance to young people, supporting them to lead their own unique recovery process.
About You
As a designated consumer lived experience role, you will have a declared personal experience of living with mental illness, and experience of the mental health system.
You possess a deep understanding of mental health challenges through your own lived experience as a consumer and are passionate about supporting others. The primary purpose of the role is to provide high quality diagnostic and consultative specialty services in Geriatric Medicine in inpatient, outpatient, community and Residential Aged Care settings, and to participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities in Geriatric Medicine.
The Staff Specialist will ensure a high standard of professional performance and encouragement of an academic environment which supports education, research and professional development.
CRGH Geriatric Medicine is a busy and innovative department providing acute, rehabilitation, outpatient and community care for older, frailer and multi-morbid patients. The Department provides high quality specialist Geriatric Medicine care, optimising comorbidities and ensuring safe and well-integrated transitions of care. Geriatricians provide care across a range of settings including inpatient, outpatient, community Telehealth and residential aged care facilities (RACFs). Although this position will be based at Concord Hospital, the role will be cross-credentialed across other Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) facilities and work at other SLHD facilities (as requested by the Clinical Director) may be required.
The successful applicant will be a registered Medical practitioner, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) with recognised qualifications in Geriatric Medicine and/or other equivalent specialist recognition as provided for in the NSW Staff Specialists (State) Award.
Position will be available from January 2027. Applicants expecting to be awarded their Fellowship within two months from this date, may be considered.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the NSW Staff Specialist (State) Award.

We are seeking an experienced and strategically focused National Precinct Maintenance Manager to join Mercy Health's Healthy Ageing division in this newly created national leadership role. Reporting to the National Maintenance Manager and based at our Head Office in North Richmond, VIC, you will provide oversight of maintenance operations, asset management, compliance and capital works across a portfolio of Residential Aged Care and Seniors Living precincts across Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.
This role presents a unique opportunity to establish consistency, drive best practices and influence the future direction of maintenance and facilities management across our national portfolio. Working closely with Precinct Managers, Regional Managers and corporate stakeholders, you will have functional oversight of a geographically dispersed team while ensuring our homes and communities remain safe, compliant, welcoming and fit for purpose for residents, clients, visitors and employees.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, overseeing assets and capital works, managing contractor performance, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
You will spend time on-site partnering with Precinct Managers, reviewing operational performance, supporting capital works projects, conducting asset and compliance inspections, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Travel is expected to form a regular and meaningful component of the role, with approximately 30-40% of time spent visiting Mercy Health locations across the country.
With regular interstate travel, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight, making it ideal for an experienced facilities, asset or maintenance leader who enjoys building capability, influencing outcomes and delivering tangible improvements across a complex multi-site environment.
You will have:
Proven leadership capability with the ability to inspire, coach and develop teams across multiple locations

What you’ll bring:

Our Neighbourhood Administration / Scheduling Officer is a key support role to the delivery of our Community Care based services. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are running efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience.
Key responsibilities include but are limited to:
- Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood
- Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in person
- Manage requests, concerns and inquiries
- Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
- Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested
- Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements.
- Monitor, order and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other Blue Care systems and databases
- Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
- Assist senior staff with special projects as required

Role requirements:
- You will have effective verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in rostering/scheduling – Highly regarded
- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitude

About the opportunity
Our programs are designed to support whilst making the transition from student to Registered Midwife within a supportive and welcoming environment. The aim is to promote educational opportunities to graduates as you consolidate your theoretical and clinical skills. Your opportunity
- Empathy & Respect: Treat all residents with empathy and dignity, providing them with choices to live their daily lives in a way that is special and unique to them.
- Effective Coordination: Monitor and correct staff practices, ensuring the effective coordination of residents’ daily clinical and personal care needs.
- Care Planning: Establish, monitor, and update care plans by reviewing, discussing, developing, and writing them for residents.
- Leadership: Provide professional, aligned, and capable leadership to the team, embodying the organisation’s Christian vision, mission, values, and strategy.
- Clinical Outcomes: Oversee the activities of RNs, allied health professionals, and doctors to ensure clinical benchmarks are achieved and Anglicare policies are followed.

What you’ll bring
- Experience as a Registered Nurse, AHPRA registered- mandatory
- Previous experience in Residential Care Services
- Demonstrated clinical expertise, with contemporary clinical practices, thorough understanding of aged care standards, and evidence-based procedures to support safe and effective healthcare delivery
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build rapport with residents, their families and staff
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management with demonstrated experience in being respectful and collaborative to foster positive relationships
- Proven ability to coach and guide team members while effectively managing day-to-day responsibilities and operational demands
- Sound judgment in knowing when to escalate issues, after applying experience and problem-solving skills to resolve them independently
- Intermediate computer skills and experience working in an electronic environment.
