About the role
The Management Accountant works within a small team of professionals responsible for month-end and year-end financial and statutory accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow planning, fixed assets and capital projects as well as general support for enabling portfolios.
This is a permanent position based at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include
- Month-end and year-end financial and statutory accounting, prudential reporting, budgeting and forecasting, fixed assets and capital projects.
- Ensuring the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and end of year reports. Identify and act on improvements in current procedures to enhance efficiency and timely presentation of reports.
- Assist the GM Finance in preparing regulatory reporting (eg. Government acquittals).
- Manage the processing of general ledger journals, corporate allocations, reconciliation of operating system to general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Liaise with the Corporate Finance Team and the external and internal auditors to assist in the audit and review processes.
- Support in the coordination and management of the annual budget and forecasting process, working with Business Managers and Accountants.
- Coordinate and manage revenue team, maintenance and updating settlement operating system for charges to subsidy and fee rates.
- Managing and supporting one direct report
- Work closely with Finance Officers ensuring best possible client services, understand and apply Aged Care Regulations, debt management and recovery.
About You
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- At least 2-3 years practical experience in a similar corporate role
- Degree in relevant field
- CPA or CA qualified or working towards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to a range of audiences, from senior executives to junior staff
- Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and patience
Desirable
- Exposure to the Aged Care Sector advantageous
- Experience working in a not-for-profit organisation
- Exposure to SUN and Workday systems advantageous
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is an advantage

Care Partner - what's involved in the role?
We have Full-time positions available, Monday- Friday in the HammondCare at Home Team Lismore Office, managing our clients during our growth phase.
•The Care Partners assist in providing services tailored to the needs of individual clients, delivered within budget and service expectations, including ongoing client assessment and the development of care plans in consultations with key stakeholders.
•Responsible for care management of existing clients and client-related KPIs
•Ensuring the care plans are up to date for our clients, and they’re receiving an appropriate amount/type of care that corresponds with their need, approval and funding
•Provide professional and competent day-to-day delivery of services to clients in line with service expectations and work to ensure that staff have a respectable understanding of our individual clients’ needs and preferences.
What do you need to apply?
•Certificate IV in Aged Care & a minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience
•Knowledge of the Support at Home (including End of Life, Restorative Care and Assistive Technology and Home Modifications) , Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Aged Care Quality Standards.
•Experienced in operating effectively in a multi-site environment including within a multidisciplinary team
•A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between HammondCare’s clients, sites, and services (salary package can include a packaged motor vehicle on request)
•Strong administrative and computer skills.

About the opportunity
The Medical Workforce Unit (MWU) manages end to end key aspects of medical staff employment and administration of Mercy Health’s Junior and Senior Medical Staff.
The unit consists of dedicated Senior and Junior Medical Workforce teams located across our Werribee and Heidelberg campuses, working in close partnership with Unit Heads, Clinical Services and Program Directors. Mercy Health also supports Mercy Health Albury and Mercy Care Centre Young in regional NSW.
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Director, Medical Workforce Unit leads and oversees all aspects of medical workforce management across junior and senior medical staff, including:
- workforce planning and governance
- recruitment, contracting and onboarding
- credentialing, scope of practice and compliance
- rostering, leave planning and workforce efficiency
- financial stewardship, payroll accuracy and cost management
- digital optimisation and workforce systems transformation
You will lead a growing, centralised Medical Workforce Unit, providing expert advice to executive leaders and partnering closely with clinical directors, People & Culture, Finance, Medical Education and external bodies including PMCV, AHPRA and the Department of Health.
What you’ll do
- Provide strategic leadership and governance of the Medical Workforce Unit across two major acute campuses
- Lead end‑to‑end medical workforce operations for Doctors in Training and Senior Medical Staff.
- Drive contemporary workforce planning and modelling to support service growth, accreditation and training pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with industrial agreements, regulatory requirements and credentialing standards.
- Strengthen rostering, leave planning and workforce efficiency to support wellbeing and financial sustainability.
- Oversee MWU budgets, establishment, workforce analysis and cost risk management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, including process reviews and system enhancements during a period of organisational change.
- Build visible, strong, trusted relationships with senior clinicians, executive leaders and external stakeholders.
- Develop capability, culture and succession within the MWU team.
- Assist with workforce reporting and insights, including FTE, vacancies, overtime, leave, roster fill and locum utilisation.
- Have the flexibility to travel as required between the Victorian campuses
About you
- You are a confident, credible leader with significant experience in medical workforce or complex health workforce management. You bring strong judgement, clear communication, and the ability to navigate complexity, competing priorities and clinical stakeholder environments.

- Proven capability in workforce planning, rostering governance and financial stewardship.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with workforce, payroll and rostering systems.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence across clinical, corporate and external stakeholders.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

About the opportunity:
As part of HIP you will be based in a dynamic office working alongside a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health Staff and Specialist Nurses who provide a high level of support and care coordination to HIP clients within the Wyndham catchment.
This is a high performing team working Monday to Friday, office hours. You are not required to work weekends or public holidays.
HIP consists of 4 services; Community Based Rehabilitation and Complex Care Coordination; as well as Falls and Balance, and Continence Clinic .
The Social Work /Care Coordination role services Complex Care Coordination as a Care Coordinator and the Community Based Rehab Team in a Social Work capacity.
- Supporting clients in the community and within the outpatient setting, your role would include: home visits, comprehensive assessments, comprehensive psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, supporting clients to access services such as Centrelink, NDIS or VCAT, facilitating family meetings, completing appropriate referrals and presenting at case conferences.
- The position requires an extensive understanding and awareness of working in a community setting - community experience is desirable.

About the Role:
An opportunity to join a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team providing recovery focused care to adult consumers experiencing mental illness. Be a part of a welcoming, friendly and highly skilled team at the Wyndham Clinic, Hoppers Crossing. We are passionate about providing an accessible high-quality service to the rapidly growing, diverse community we serve.
- Permanent Part-time Role – 3 days per week (0.6 FTE) with some flexibility regarding days.
- Senior Clinical Psychologist (P3) or experienced Clinical Psychologist (P2)
- Provide gold standard mental health care, via psychology discipline specific assessments, formulation and treatment.
- Provide evidence based therapeutic support to clients with a range of mental health diagnoses including mood, anxiety, psychosis, trauma and personality disorders.
- Facilitate recovery oriented, psychological therapy specific groups for clients and work with the team to identify clients requiring therapy and support.
- Work alongside another Senior Clinical Psychologist and therapy staff, as a key senior clinical team member within a thriving and collaborative multidisciplinary team.
- Offer consultation, collaborative treatment planning, and workforce learning to a team that is keen to grow and develop.
- Contribute to service development and therapy group development.
- Provide supervision and mentoring to P2 Psychologists, Clinical Psychology Registrars and/or students, as appropriate to grade and supervisor qualification.
- Receive clinical supervision from a Grade 4 or 5 senior clinical psychologist.
- Be part of a consumer-centred recovery-oriented service, which is inclusive of carers and families.
About You:
- Current AHPRA Full Registration as a Psychologist, with a Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
- For Grade 2 Clinical Psychologist role: Area of Practice Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist, or approaching completion of a registrar program working towards same.
- For Grade 3 Senior Clinical Psychologist role: a minimum of 5 years work experience post full registration; Area of Practice Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist; PBA approved Supervisor status or eligible and willing to work towards same.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to think critically and problem solve effectively.
- Knowledge and experience in different evidence based therapeutic techniques, preferably including CBT, ACT, DBT.
- Relevant training and experience in suicide risk assessment and management, drug and alcohol, and/or personality disorders.
- Knowledge of different referral pathways for clients requiring short- and long-term supports.
- A good working knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act and relevant legislation.
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid or willing to participate in the vaccination program.

The Psychiatric Triage Service (PTS) provides a 24‑hour, seven‑day telephone assessment and response service, supporting access to Monash Health Mental Health Services.
This is an onsite role, operating from Monash Health's campuses.
The service:
- Supports adult consumers aged 18–64 years
- Provides after‑hours support for consumers under 18 and 65 years and older

About the Role
Join our team as a Patient Services Assistant on a part time ongoing basis to work at Moorabbin Hospital.In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the General Services Supervisor andworking with the broader Support Services team.
PSAs pay a vital role in supporting the clinical team in the delivery of patient care. They do a range of tasks including, but not limited to, cleaning, patient transfers, and equipment handling. Working as part of a team and on their own, PSAs are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and patient support across the hospital.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Daily ward cleaning, discharge room cleans, and unscheduled cleans
- Patient transfers using equipment such as hoists, slides, bed movers and wheelchairs
- Ensuring adherence to infection prevention protocols at all times.
- Patient discharge assistance
- Mortuary transfers
- Ward equipment, cleaning and transferring
- Ensuring patient privacy and dignity at all times
- Supporting clinical staff with patient care tasks as directed
