Key responsibilities include but are limited to:
- Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood
- Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in person
- Manage requests, concerns and inquiries
- Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
- Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested

Cleaning & Service Delivery
Complete daily cleaning duties across resident rooms, common areas and facilities
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection prevention

As our Process Optimisation Specialist, you'll play a key role in modernising financial operations, identifying efficiencies and driving sustainable improvements across the Finance function. This role offers the opportunity to influence broader finance transformation initiatives over time
Your opportunity
You will work alongside the Financial Controller to understand what our finance processes are intended to achieve, why they are performed, and whether there is a simpler, stronger and more sustainable way to deliver the outcome.
You will follow the processes from beginning to end, from source transaction and journal entry through to balance sheet reconciliation, financial reporting and audit evidence. It combines hands-on delivery with process redesign, root-cause analysis and practical implementation.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
- Analyse and optimise finance processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and performance
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across financial workflows and reporting processes
- Support finance transformation projects, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to standardise, automate or eliminate manual activities using existing systems, Excel, Power Query, workflow tools, reconciliation technology and AI-enabled tools.
- Develop and document best-practice financial processes, controls and operating procedures
- Partner with stakeholders to support change management, training and adoption of new ways of working
What you'll bring
You are a finance professional who enjoys solving problems, driving improvement and making processes work better. You combine strong financial knowledge with a curious mindset and thrive when collaborating across teams to deliver change.
What's required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
- Currently completing CPA or an equivalent professional qualification
- Strong experience in aged care billing, revenue management and finance operations
- Previous experience delivering finance process improvement or transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency
What's preferred:
- Experience implementing process automation and digital improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Power Query, Power BI, workflow automation, reconciliation software or AI-enabled finance tools

Key responsibilities include:
·Lead and influence clinical practice standards, policy development, clinical pathway implementation and evidence-based models of care.
·Drive research activities, apply research findings to practice, and contribute to projects that improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
·Design, deliver and evaluate education programs, orientation initiatives and learning resources for nursing and multidisciplinary staff.
·Provide expert leadership, mentoring and clinical support to nurses, students and emerging practitioners while promoting professional development.
·Lead quality improvement, accreditation and NSQHS-related activities, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to strategic service planning.

Apply specialist knowledge and technical expertise to:
Provide quality proactive advice and support to Operational leaders and employees on a range of HSW issues.
Analyse and report on workplace incidents, hazards and injuries as well as trends in their area of responsibility.
Provide strategic advice and direction on complex claims and safety matters.
Ensure all incidents are investigated promptly & effectively and ensure appropriate corrective actions are identified and implemented.
Ensure notifiable incidents are reported to the state Regulator and internally as required.
Support the Injury management specialist with early intervention of injuries.
Collaborate with the National Health and Safety Manager and HSW team to develop and implement evidence-based risk reduction and improvement programs.
Foster a safety culture through role modelling safe workplace practices, such as consultation and identification of workplace hazards and risks.
The ideal person will have:
Experience in an WHS and Injury Management/Rehabilitation role, with a proven track record in delivering effective HSW performance results.
A customer service approach, strong analytical and problem solving skills and will be proactive.
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal).
Demonstrated ability to engage with external and internal stakeholders.
High level planning, time management and prioritising skills.
Demonstrated capability in interpreting and applying relevant WHS and workers compensation legislation.
The role is hybrid with regular travel, around three days per week, to our Brisbane and Gold Coast homes.

About the opportunity:
This role will support the Service Manager in a range of day to day administrative and support tasks. Being the first point of contact for residents, families and staff, you will be responsible for providing courteous reception and administrative support, including rostering of the staff at the facility
- Facilitate communication with residents and / or their families and staff in relation to office administration requirements.
- Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day activities of the office ensuring administrative, clerical and reception services are provided to the residents, visitors and staff.
- Provide timely and effective support to managers.
- Efficient and effective maintenance of document and data storage.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Roster Management and Finance Management
- High level of interpersonal, organisational & communication skills (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and previous knowledge of roster planning.
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Experience in Aged Care or Health environment (desirable but not essential).
- A sense of empathy & compassion for elderly residents & their families.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality around client data records.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.

HammondCare Hammondville is currently looking for a Casual Registered Nurse to join our team.
With our unique model of care which places the residents needs as your number one priority, you will help create a home away from home for our residents. The care you will provide will be person-centred, and relationship focused, with the understanding that no person is the same.
About the role:
This role is a clinical support role. It is the expectation from HammondCare that this role is carried out within a consultative and advisory context rather than an authoritarian approach. The role has a level of professional accountability and responsibility in line with the registration requirements as a RN qualified and current registration with AHPRA.
Essence of the role:
As the RN you will be a core member of the residential team and work with both the management of the home and the carers to provide tailored and individualised responsive care for the residents.
- Advising and supporting the care delivery by the care staff
- Educating and mentoring in clinical areas and processes
- Consultative in case management and clinical decision making
- Clinical oversight and professional competence as a Registered Nurse
- Implement and support a resident comfort focus
- HammondCare uses LeeCare online reporting systems
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have current AHPRA registration with ideally 2-3 years experience in an Aged Care setting
- Be flexible and able to commit to a range of shifts including nights & weekends
- Value teamwork but also be able to work independently and show initiative
- Have knowledge & experience of people living with Dementia & their needs
- Have a genuine passion for serving elderly people & you want to make a difference in their lives
- Possess strong admin and computer skills
