The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced regulatory and business analysis professional to join St Vincent's Care at Home as a Senior Regulatory Business Analyst (SaMD). This is a 12-month fixed-term, hybrid opportunity based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, with a primary focus on enabling the regulation of Medicare Mental Health Check-In as Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
As Senior Regulatory Business Analyst, you will establish, implement and continuously improve our SaMD regulatory capability, ensuring digital health products, clinical software, artificial intelligence solutions and associated operational processes comply with applicable regulatory, quality and risk management requirements.
You will act as a critical link between regulatory affairs, product development, clinical governance, quality management, technology and operational teams, translating regulatory obligations into practical business processes, governance frameworks, product requirements and organisational controls.
You will also support ongoing compliance with Therapeutic Goods Administration requirements and other applicable medical device regulations, helping embed a sustainable and effective regulatory framework across the organisation.

- Support quality management, regulatory risk assessment, audits, inspections, post-market surveillance and regulatory reporting activities
- Work with product, clinical and engineering teams to embed regulatory requirements across design, development, testing, validation, verification and release processes
- Review software changes and emerging digital health initiatives, including artificial intelligence solutions, for regulatory impact
- Act as a regulatory business partner by facilitating requirements workshops, advising stakeholders and supporting engagement with regulators, accreditation agencies and external auditors
About You
You are an experienced regulatory professional and business analyst with strong knowledge of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), digital health technologies or other regulated healthcare products. You are confident interpreting complex regulatory requirements and translating them into clear, practical processes, controls and product requirements.
You build effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams and are comfortable working with clinicians, software developers, product managers, quality specialists and senior stakeholders. You combine strong analytical capability with sound practical judgement and a commitment to delivering safe, compliant and sustainable digital health services.
Key Experience & Capability
- 7+ years' experience establishing, implementing or managing regulatory compliance frameworks for Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), digital health technologies or regulated healthcare products
- Experience interpreting and applying Therapeutic Goods Administration requirements relating to medical devices and software
- Experience translating regulatory obligations into business processes, governance controls, system requirements and operational procedures
- Demonstrated experience undertaking regulatory gap assessments and implementing corrective actions
- Strong business analysis capability, including requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder engagement
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, software developers, product managers, quality specialists and executive stakeholders
- Experience preparing or supporting Therapeutic Goods Administration submissions and regulatory documentation is desirable
- A bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, Pharmacy, Science, Business Analysis, Quality Management or a related discipline

- Formal training in Software as a Medical Device regulation, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304 or related standards is desirable
Why St Vincent's?
- Make a meaningful impact - Help establish the regulatory capability supporting a national digital mental health service delivered on behalf of the Commonwealth Government.

Working with young people aged 18–25 experiencing acute and complex mental health concerns, you will provide specialist Social Work assessment, intervention, advocacy and discharge planning. Your work will consider not only a young person's mental health, but the broader social factors that influence their recovery – including family and relationships, housing, safety, financial circumstances, disability, substance use and connection to community supports.
As a senior clinician within the team, you will work autonomously while collaborating closely with young people, families and carers, the multidisciplinary team and community services to support recovery-focused care and safe, sustainable transitions back into the community.
In this role, you will:

- Facilitate family meetings and contribute to the Unit 2 group program
- Provide Social Work expertise and consultation within the multidisciplinary team
- Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to Grade 2 Social Workers and Social Work students, as required
About Infant, Child, Family and Youth Area Mental Health

The organisational and clinical model has been developed to provide mental health care that is flexible and responsive to the individual and developmental needs of the infant to youth populations and their families. As such, this model will support the provision of integrated mental health care for young people, guided by consistent, service-wide protocols and principles of care.
Unit 2 is a specialised 25 bed inpatient unit located at Dandenong Hospital and supports consumers aged 18-25 experiencing mental illness. The unit includes up to eight intensive care area beds and 17 designated low dependency beds, allowing support to varying levels of acuity through comprehensive assessment, treatment, discharge planning, and community engagement.
About You
You are an experienced Social Worker who brings strong clinical judgement, compassion and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people experiencing mental health challenges. You will bring:
- Clinical Social Work experience within mental health, ideally within an inpatient, acute or similarly complex setting
- Strong skills in biopsychosocial assessment, intervention, risk assessment and complex discharge planning
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Confidence navigating complex social systems and advocating for young people and their families
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills

- A commitment to reflective practice, evidence-based care and continuous improvement
- An AASW-accredited Bachelor of Social Work or entry-level Master of Social Work qualification, providing eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers
Experience providing clinical mental health services or accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker will be highly regarded.
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to bring your Social Work expertise to a role where the social context of mental health truly matters.
You will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team supporting young people at a critical point in their lives, helping them strengthen connections with family, services and community and creating pathways towards recovery beyond the inpatient setting.
As a Grade 3 Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to deepen your specialist mental health practice, contribute your expertise to complex clinical decision-making, mentor developing Social Workers and help shape Social Work practice within Unit 2.
At Monash Health, you will also be connected to a broader Social Work and Mental Health network, with access to clinical leadership, supervision, professional development and opportunities to continue growing your career.

St Vincent's has been a leader in Australia's health and aged care landscape for more than 165 years. Since our founders, the Sisters of Charity, opened our first hospital in 1857, our services and people have been behind some of Australia's most important medical breakthroughs. Today, as we expand care beyond hospital walls and create more connected models of care, St Vincent’s is helping shape a better, fairer health and aged care system.
We are looking for a special kind of person - a St Vincent’s kind of person. Someone who combines sharp thinking, good judgement and deep care for others.
The Opportunity
We are presently recruiting an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) & Asset Management Lead. We are currently offering a permanent full-time position, however, are open to discussing a fixed-term contract should this be the preferred option of the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
The role serves as the custodian of SVHA's technology asset, configuration and service management data, ensuring the integrity, accuracy and governance of the information that underpins service delivery, asset lifecycle management, cybersecurity operations, change management, operational reporting, compliance activities and future AI-enabled capabilities.

Monitor platform utilisation, system health and performance to ensure optimal service delivery.
Administer and maintain the Enterprise IT Asset Management capability across hardware, software, cloud and service assets.
About You
As a dynamic and dedicated technology professional, you understand the critical role of IT operations within a multi-site healthcare environment such as St Vincent’s.
You are customer centric, driven by a desire to identify opportunities to improve process and systems. Furthermore, you thrive in complex environments, quickly resolving challenges and translating complexity into clear advice, decisions and action.
To be successful in these roles, it is anticipated you will possess:
A minimum 5 years' experience administering Enterprise Service Management, IT Service Management or Asset Management platforms.
Proven experience administering IT Asset Management processes including asset lifecycle governance, discovery and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management principles and Service Configuration Management practices.
Experience developing reporting, dashboards and operational analytics.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management and information integrity controls.
Experience working with enterprise technology teams, vendors and stakeholders.
Highly developed analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated experience managing or supporting a CMDB in a large and complex enterprise environment.
Whilst not essential, previous exposure to healthcare operational environments will be highly regarded.
Why Join St Vincent’s?
At St Vincent’s, our people are inspired by a shared commitment to Compassion, Justice, Integrity and Excellence. We are building a better and fairer health and aged care system and believe our greatest strength lies in our people.
You will join an organisation that:
Makes a meaningful difference in the lives of patients, residents and communities.
Supports innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Encourages authentic leadership and inclusivity.
Offers the opportunity to work alongside some of Australia's most respected healthcare and executive leaders.

Additionally, in exchange for your contributions, you will receive:
