Your Opportunity
This is a casual opportunity based in Woonona, with strong potential for ongoing shifts due to increased annual leave coverage requirements. Laundry Assistants looking to expand their skills are also encouraged to apply.
As a Cleaner within our Residential Care community, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services that help maintain a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Working closely with residents, care teams and maintenance staff, you will ensure all cleaning tasks are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while contributing to a positive resident experience.
With professionalism, care and attention to detail, you will:
Cleaning & Service Delivery
Complete daily cleaning duties across resident rooms, common areas and facilities
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection prevention
Clean bathrooms, laundries, kitchenettes, corridors and shared living spaces
Vacuum, mop, dust and maintain furniture, fixtures and fittings
Ensure cleaning schedules are completed efficiently and consistently
Monitor cleaning supplies and report stock requirements when needed
Resident Support & Customer Service
Contribute to residents' wellbeing through positive and caring interactions
Support a welcoming and comfortable environment for all residents
Administration & Compliance
Maintain accurate cleaning records where required
Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained, used safely and stored correctly
Follow organisational policies and cleaning procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workplace
Safety & Workplace Culture
Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment
Follow workplace health and safety requirements and safe work practices
Report hazards, incidents and risks in accordance with organisational procedures
What You'll Bring
You are reliable, practical and take pride in maintaininghigh standards of cleanliness and presentation.
What's Required
Minimum 2 years of previous cleaning experience or laundry experience
1-2 years in following safe work practices
NDIS Worker screeningcheck (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
What's Preferred
1- 2 years of experience working in aged care, healthcare, hospitality or similar environments
Certificate III in Hospitality or willingness to work towards it
Understanding of infection control and cleaning standards

Your opportunity
Reporting to the Time & Attendance Lead, the Time & Attendance Officer provides frontline support for Time & Attendance processes and systems across Anglicare. This role works closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, managers and employees to ensure accurate workforce data, timely issue resolution and smooth pay-close activities.
You will be responsible for supporting employees and managers with system navigation, troubleshooting, data corrections and administrative activities that contribute to accurate payroll processing.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
- Process manual timesheets and historical corrections accurately and within required timeframes.
- Support Time & Attendance close activities, including exception management and manager follow-up.
- Troubleshoot system issues, including punch errors and scheduling conflicts, and provide support to employees and managers.
- Respond to enquiries and deliver high-quality customer service aligned with Anglicare's 3Cs framework.
- Contribute to audit readiness, compliance reporting, process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring
You are a customer-focused administrator with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality outcomes. You enjoy working with systems, solving problems and supporting stakeholders to navigate processes confidently.
What’s required:
- Experience in payroll or Time & Attendance operations.
- Experience working with complex systems such as UKG or similar platforms.
- Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
What’s preferred:
- Experience supporting pay-close activities and compliance processes.
- The ability to troubleshoot system and data issues confidently.

About the Opportunity
The Network Engineer is a key role within HammondCare, responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining the voice and data communication services, with a focus on maximum availability and operational performance.
This is permanent full time, based at St Leonards with hybrid working opportunities.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimise enterprise voice, data, and network security services across the HammondCare environment
- Provide Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting and resolving complex telephony, networking, and security related issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, standards, procedures, reports, and operational records
- Analyse, evaluate, and support the implementation of communications technologies, carrier services, and infrastructure solutions.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for telecommunications carriers, vendors, and service providers, including service delivery and billing management
- Deliver guidance, knowledge transfer, and mentoring for network engineers, IT teams, and operational staff
- Monitor and manage internet, and telecommunications services against service level agreements and business requirements
- Implement, monitor, and optimise networking, Security and Voice communications platforms to ensure performance, reliability, and service availability
- Analyse network performance, traffic patterns, capacity, and utilisation trends, providing recommendations for continual improvement and optimisation
- Participate in and support change, incident, problem, and service management processes in accordance with corporate governance frameworks
- Coordinate the ongoing support and operation of critical voice and data communication services to maintain system availability, resilience, and reliability.
- Lead and support network infrastructure projects, upgrades, technology refreshes, and service improvement initiatives
- Maintain network and voice system security, patching, firmware management, and platform lifecycle activities
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise SD-WAN and WAN connectivity services to support organisational performance and resilience objectives.
- Monitor and maintain network resilience, business continuity, and operational readiness across communications infrastructure

The Network Engineer is a key role within HammondCare, responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining the voice and data communication services, with a focus on maximum availability and operational performance.

About the opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to support our Residential Aged Care Home and Seniors Living Units at our Aged Care precinct in Parkville. In this role, you will ensure our buildings, grounds and facilities remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained for residents, staff and visitors.
As a Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for the on‑going repairs, preventative maintenance and general upkeep of the facility. You will also assist with identifying and addressing safety concerns to support a secure and comfortable environment for everyone on site. Your work will play a key role in ensuring our ILUs and RAC facility remain safe, presentable and operational.
Carry out ground's maintenance, on‑going repairs and preventative servicing of buildings, plant, equipment and furniture
Liaise with and oversee contractors, including site access and inductions
Identify, report and implement opportunities for improvement across the facility
Assist in identifying and rectifying WHS/OH&S issues to maintain a safe environment
Maintain accurate records using computer-based maintenance systems
Contribute positively to a collaborative, resident‑focused team environment

Join the dynamic team at Werribee mercy Hospital's Outpatient Specialist Clinics! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional care to a diverse range of patients.
We provide a variety of specialist clinics across the following programs;
- Surgical
- Medical
- Women's and Children's

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.

- Strong communication and organizational skills with patient focused outcome.
- A compassionate and proactive approach to nursing.
- Experience in Outpatients settings - desirable.

About the opportunity
An opportunity to join a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team providing support to consumers experiencing mental illness, their families and referring agencies. The chance to be a part of the welcoming, friendly and highly skilled team at the Wyndham Clinic, Hoppers Crossing. We are passionate about providing an accessible high-quality service to the rapid growing, diverse community we serve.
- Part Time – Permanent Role.
- Provide quality and high-level mental health assessments, formulations and recommendations for clients that have been referred.
- Offer consultation to referring teams and recommend appropriate service linkages.
- Attend regular multidisciplinary clinical reviews to discuss referrals escalate challenging situations as appropriate.
Additional expectation about the role:
- Possess critical skills set in providing assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and mental state and confidence in putting relapse management plans and safely managing a deteriorating consumer.
- Provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers in times of need.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to advocate for clients as and when required.
- Be available to offer clinical supervision to junior staff members when required.
- Possess exceptional judgement skills which will support the prioritization of referrals.
