Our 307-bed public hospital is operated under a public-private partnership between the State Government and St John of God Health Care.
Our Services include wide range of public health care services for people in Midland and surrounding communities. Our services include 24-hour emergency care, public maternity care, Aboriginal pregnancy and maternity support through Moort Boojari Mia, acute mental health treatment and medical and surgical care.
About the role
As Governance Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the Quality and Risk Manager to deliver effective governance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives across St John of God Midland Public Hospital.
Working closely with leaders and stakeholders throughout the organisation, you will help develop, implement and monitor governance frameworks, policies and quality processes that support regulatory compliance, accreditation requirements and organisational objectives. This position is integral to promoting best practice, managing risk and fostering a culture of accountability that contributes to safe, high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
The role is offered on a 12-month, part-time basis working 19 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the hospital's policy governance framework, including policy development, review and implementation.
Manage and enhance the electronic policy management system, ensuring policies remain current, compliant and aligned with organisational objectives.
Support the identification, monitoring and reporting of regulatory compliance obligations, risks and assurance activities.
Assist in the development of governance, risk and compliance frameworks that support accreditation and quality standards.
Coordinate governance projects, audits, reporting activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide expert advice to managers and stakeholders on policy, compliance, risk and legislative obligations.
Foster strong partnerships across the organisation to promote a culture of governance, accountability and continuous improvement.
Coordinate the review, development and amendment of organisational forms in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with governance requirements and operational needs
Your skills and experience
We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in policy governance, development and management, ideally within a healthcare environment, coupled with strong knowledge of organisational improvement, compliance frameworks and policy implementation. You will possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to engage, influence and build effective relationships with caregivers and leaders across all levels of the organisation.
Your proven ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgement and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes will be key to your success. Strong consultation, stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills are essential, along with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, database management and document control systems.
Experience in the healthcare sector will be highly regarded, as will tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and experience in strategic planning and strategy development.

Deliver patient-centred care by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating tailored oral health treatment plans for a diverse range of patients.

About the Role
Join our team as a Patient Services Assistant on a part time, fixed term, until 8 January 2027 to work at Moorabbin Hospital. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the Patient services Manager and working with the broader Support Services team.
PSAs play a vital role in supporting the clinical team in the delivery of patient care. They do a range of tasks including, but not limited to, cleaning, patient transfers, and equipment handling. Working as part of a team and on their own, PSAs are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and patient support across the hospital.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Daily ward cleaning, discharge room cleans, and unscheduled cleans
- Patient transfers using equipment such as hoists, slides, bed movers and wheelchairs

Monash Health High Risk Foot Service provides best practice inpatient and outpatient care for patients with diabetes and complex limb threatening complications. About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic early career Podiatrist to join our team in a New Graduate or Grade 1 role (4 days per week, 12-month fixed-term), within our service providing care to community health, podiatry outpatient and multidisciplinary high-risk foot clinics as well as acute and subacute inpatient services. We are open to applicants who either graduated in 2025 and are looking for a new challenge, or undergraduate students with expected graduation 2026. About the role
Join the Southern Country CAMHS team delivering evidence-based mental health services to children and adolescents aged 0-16 years and their families. The CAMHS Clinician - Mental Health Clinical Nurse accepts accountability for the outcomes of clinical practice for children, adolescents and their families with mental health issues and for addressing inconsistencies between practice and policy.
The role focuses on direct clinical practice, including discipline-specific assessment, clinical formulation and delivery of individual, family and group-based interventions. You will work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team, providing consultation and contributing to joint clinical work, education, and governance processes.
Responsibilities include high-quality clinical documentation, participation in case reviews, service evaluation and quality improvement activities, and promoting culturally safe, person-centred care. You will be supported through multidisciplinary collaboration, line management by the Service Manager, coordination with the Clinical Coordinator, access to clinical supervision, and opportunities for ongoing professional and leadership development.
Key duties of the role
- Direct delivery of proficient mental health nursing clinical care to clients and their families using evidence-based practice
- Contribute to the clinical leadership of nursing & multidisciplinary services for CAMHS to attain consistency of practice standards and local service outcomes
- Foster a positive, safe and culturally responsive work environment, ensuring services are delivered in a culturally appropriate and respectful manner.
- Actively contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate education and training in mental health nursing, while maintaining responsibility for ongoing professional development and education.
- Actively participate in quality management, quality assurance and risk management activities and ongoing improvement of services
Skills and Experience
- Registered or eligible for registration as a nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
- Demonstrated experience in mental health assessment and therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents.
- Registered Nurse with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary nursing practice, Work Health and Safety, continuous improvement and relevant nursing standards and policies.

About this role
Join our Community Support Worker casual pool and provide quality care and support to clients in their homes and the community.
You'll assist with personal care, hygiene, nutrition, dressing, mobilisation and social support in line with individual care plans and your training. You'll work closely with clients, carers, nursing staff and the wider multidisciplinary team to support changing needs.
Work locations may be across the Mid North region, with a particular need for Community Support Workers in Port Pirie.
Essential criteria
You will have a Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or a relevant equivalent, with experience providing direct care to aged, frail or disabled people. You'll be confident working as part of a team, communicating with people from diverse backgrounds and working flexibly across different settings and rostering arrangements.
You will also have sound administration and Microsoft Office skills, effective written, verbal and numeracy skills, and the ability to work under general direction, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality and use discretion in your work.

Naracoorte Health Service provides a wide range of healthcare services to the local and surrounding South East community. The facility has 80 beds, comprising 39 acute beds and 41 high-level residential aged care beds, as well as day surgery and chemotherapy services.

Your Role:
As a Services Assistant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the health unit runs efficiently by:
- Assisting with the preparation, service, and delivery of meals, including breakfast, soups, and quick-serve foods.
- Performing general cleaning duties, including high window cleaning and carpet shampooing, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients.
- Supporting laundry tasks like washing, folding, ironing, and delivering clean linen.
- Ensuring that food is plated and delivered promptly, while also responding to client dietary requirements with care.
- Completing minor sewing repairs and assisting with stock recording.
No previous experience in catering or housekeeping? No problem! We’ll provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.

About the Role
As a Podiatrist, you will provide comprehensive podiatry services to clients across the Eyre and Far North region. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver assessment, treatment, health promotion and preventative care services that support positive health outcomes for individuals and communities.
Depending on your classification level, you may also contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, clinical leadership activities and the supervision of students or less experienced staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based podiatry assessment, treatment and management services
- Manage a varied caseload across community, outpatient, inpatient and aged care settings
- Participate in health promotion and preventative health initiatives

- Support student placements and mentoring opportunities as appropriate to classification level

To be successful, you will have:
- A recognised qualification in Podiatry and eligibility for registration with the relevant professional body

What You'll Be Doing
This casual position covers a range of hands-on support services that keep the facility running smoothly and patients comfortable. Shifts are rostered on a 7-day rotating basis, with additional opportunities to cover leave as needed. Full training is provided - no prior healthcare experience is required.
- Cleaning and general housekeeping of hospital areas to infection control standards

Your Role in the Community
Working within EFNLHN's Consumer Directed Care model, you'll deliver support shaped by each client's own goals and preferences. No two days are identical, and that's by design. Key responsibilities include:

What You'll Be Doing
Working within EFNLHN's Consumer Directed Care model, you'll deliver support shaped by each client's own goals and preferences — because here, the consumer leads the care. Shifts, duties, and frequency are guided by the people you support, giving your work real purpose and variety.
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility in a respectful and dignified manner
- Perform household tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and minor gardening
- Provide reliable transport to appointments and community outings
- Support social engagement and activities that contribute to each client's wellbeing
- At the WHD4 level, deliver personal care to clients with more complex support needs
What You'll Bring
- A warm, empathetic approach and the confidence to work independently within a remote community setting

Your Role at Port Lincoln Hospital
As a casual Enrolled Nurse within the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, you'll work under the supervision of Registered Nurses to deliver safe, person-centred care across inpatient and general ward settings at Port Lincoln Hospital. Day to day, you can expect to:
- Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration within your enrolled scope of practice
- Accurately document patient assessments, observations, and care plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient flow and continuity of care
- Contribute to a culture of safety, dignity, and respect for every patient and family member
What You'll Bring
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Working knowledge of enrolled nursing scope of practice under NMBA standards
- Competency in medication administration (notation of any conditions on registration required)
- Sound clinical communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively within a small regional hospital team where flexibility across ward areas is routine
