About The RoleAlbury Wodonga Health (AWH) is seeking an exceptional Clinical Lead to guide our Acute Community Intervention Service (ACIS). Classification: RPN 4; Social Work Grade 4; Occupational Therapist Grade 4, Clinical Psychologist Grade 3
We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Post graduate qualifications in psychiatric/mental health or having completed a specialist undergraduate psychiatric program.
- At least 5 years post graduate experience in Mental Health.
- Sound knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act, Recovery Principles, and Trauma Informed Care principles which underpin the work we do here at AWH.
Employment Type: This is a full-time opportunity operating during standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) will be a valued member of the Kerferd team and support the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to provide strong leadership and role modelling by ensuring a high level of consumer care and service provision. The ANUM will be able to function in complex situations while providing support and direction to all members of the nursing and multidisciplinary team. The ANUM will also be able to provide clinical and administrative management of the unit in the absence of the NUM and on a shift-by-shift basis.
We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity;
- Current eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Postgraduate Qualification in Mental Health Nursing/Masters in Mental Health Nursing
- Demonstrated competence in consumer centred care and problem-solving skills at an advanced level

- Knowledge and prior involvement in quality improvement activities, staff development, research and/or risk management
