- Support patients with activities of daily living, personal care, mobility and other aspects of their recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and contribute to effective clinical handover.
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with patients, families, colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control, medication safety and clinical practice.
- Promote patient dignity, privacy, comfort and wellbeing at all times.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture and participate in ongoing learning and professional development.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy clinical environment.
- A willingness to learn, develop clinical skills and contribute to continuous improvement.
- A flexible and collaborative approach, with a commitment to professional standards and patient safety.
