Reporting directly to the State Manager - Queensland & New South Wales, you will lead a team of Client Relations Managers and take overall responsibility for client growth, service utilisation, budget management, financial performance and service quality.

This role combines business development with hands on operational leadership. You will identify and convert growth opportunities while ensuring clients commence services promptly, available funding is effectively utilised and budgets and service arrangements are completed without unnecessary delay.

You will work closely with the CHSP Operations Manager to streamline processes and deliver coordinated outcomes across AQ's community services, while partnering with the Allied Health Manager to strengthen cross referrals and identify opportunities for service growth.
