You have successfully established, expanded or transformed healthcare services and bring strong operational, commercial and stakeholder management capability. With experience implementing healthcare technology and driving service innovation, you are equally comfortable leading day-to-day operations, operational readiness activities and long-term service development initiatives.
A confident and influential relationship builder, you engage effectively with executives, medical specialists, clinicians and external partners to achieve shared outcomes. Combining strong commercial acumen with a commitment to quality, governance and innovation, you have the capability to build and grow services, lead transformational change and create a culture where people thrive.
Most importantly, you are motivated by the opportunity to shape the future of preventative health and wellbeing through the Epworth Healthy Living service, contributing to a start-up venture focused on delivering exceptional experiences, innovative care models and sustainable growth.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare operations, practice management or health service administration.
