About the role
Join our pharmacy team in Port Pirie and make a meaningful difference to patient care through high quality, comprehensive medication management. As a Pharmacist, you will provide professional, dispensing, clinical, production and counselling services for inpatients and outpatients, helping optimise drug therapy and achieve safe, effective and cost efficient use of medicines.
Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will provide trusted medication and therapeutic advice to medical, nursing and other health professionals. You will contribute your expertise across a diverse range of pharmacy services while working within hospital and departmental policies, SA Health guidelines and State and Federal legislation.

About the role:
Reporting to the Research Unit Manager, as the Clinical Trail Coordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of allocated clinical trials including regulatory, financial, patient data base, scientific and research related tasks. Duties for the role will include:
- Coordination of allocated clinical trials including collection of all source data and timely data entry.
- Ensuring good working practice and compliance with the ICH GCP guidelines and the National Statement,
- Maintaining and ensuring appropriate storage of specimens, study equipment and trial materials (including archiving and storage of confidential data),
- Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers.
About you:
- Previous experience in Clinical Trials.
- You possess a Bachelor Degree in Applied Science, Science or equivalent or relevant experience.
- You have strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.

About the role
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and reception support to the Department. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate clerical documentation, records and booking information. The position supports effective patient care management through accurate record keeping and administration.
Key duties of the role
- Ensure day to day, high level administrative and reception support services are provided to the Department.
- Processing, managing, and maintaining all private and public referrals. Ensure referrals are compliant. Process MBS billing and cash receipts of any gap payments.
- Assist in the provision of quality improvement by taking a leadership role in quality control reviews and improvement programs
- Provides culturally sensitive services while maintaining accurate records and ensuring office stationery, supplies and equipment are adequately maintained and available.
Skills and Experience
- Previous administrative or clerical experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience providing confidential administrative support to senior staff and preparing correspondence, reports and minutes.
- Knowledge of office procedures, medical terminology, OHSW, information management and relevant public sector legislation.

Flinders Medical Centre's Virtual Rehab Ward is reshaping how rehabilitation care reaches patients across southern Adelaide. Deliver occupational therapy assessment and intervention to patients receiving care remotely, supporting their recovery and functional independence from home.
About the role:
Reporting to the Manager - Virtual Rehabilitation Ward, this role is responsible for ensuring optimal care and outcomes by providing a comprehensive range of occupational therapy services to patients receiving supported early discharge and home rehabilitation within the SALHN metropolitan area.
Duties for the role will include:
- Conducting virtual and in-person occupational therapy assessments to establish rehabilitation goals aligned with patient function and lifestyle.
- Designing and progressing individualised treatment programs focused on activities of daily living, home safety, and community reintegration.
- Providing information to patients and/or relatives about level of functioning and ongoing management.
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary virtual ward team to coordinate care transitions and discharge planning.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of virtual care models and quality improvement within the unit.
About you:
- A degree or other qualification which entitles registration as an occupational therapist with the Occupational Therapy Broad of Australia.
- Experience as a clinician in the assessment and provision of high quality rehabilitation to clients with a variety of complex neurological, medical or orthopaedic conditions.
- Ability to assume responsibility for the organisation and provision of clinical Occupational Therapy services to Ambulatory Rehabilitation as a member of an interdisciplinary team. This includes ability to undertake assessment and intervention with patients with a variety of disorders and disabilities, including management of complex cases.
- Ability to critically analyse or evaluate issues related to Occupational Therapy care in a manner which can be applied to quality activities, service evaluation, professional education or research with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- High levels of responsibility and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, delegate appropriately. This includes the ability to supervise students, allied health assistants and junior staff.

About the role:
The Early Career Occupational Therapist - Rotational (AHP1) is accountable to the Manager (Occupational Therapy) for the provision assessment and treatment services for adult inpatients and outpatients of the SALHN, which aim to optimise health outcomes. - Use a competent level of professional knowledge and skill to provide assessment, interpret findings and plan and implement intervention in collaboration with patients, carers and other health professionals.

- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Australia
- Demonstrated competency in Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment techniques.

- Demonstrated ability to undertake the physical demands of the job

About the role
The Senior Clinical Coordinator provides specialist clinical expertise in the coordination and planning of multidisciplinary assessments for children with complex neurodevelopmental concerns. The role leads the development, coordination, implementation, delivery and evaluation of high-quality, evidence-based assessment and management services. The position provides advanced clinical assessment and support to children, adolescents and their families experiencing complex developmental differences.
Key duties of the role
- Manage the delivery of high quality and evidence-based services to children presenting with complex developmental differences in three or more areas of their development
- Have knowledge of child development and of the range of services available for children and their families within South Australia that promote child development
- Contribute to the effective and professional functioning on the Child Development Unit
- Encourage and foster a positive culture and safe working environment
- Participate in service planning to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, equitable distribution and evidence-based nature of WCHN services.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant Allied Health degree with AHPRA registration and professional membership in OT, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology or Social Work.
- Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience as a paediatric Allied Health clinician.
- Experience working with children with developmental delay, disability and complex neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary teams, case coordination and managing high clinical workloads.
- Strong clinical leadership, communication, supervision, problem-solving and family-centred care skills

About the Role
Join our team as a Peer Worker – Mobile Drug Safety Worker (MDSW), on a full time, fixed term basis until June 2027, working in the Drug & Alcohol Services as part of Monash Health.
This role will sit within the multidisciplinary of the Primary Health Clinic (PHC) and Needle Syringe Program (NSP) which offer the provision of basic health interventions, equipment, information and referral within a harm minimisation framework as it applies to people who use drugs in the Greater Dandenong area. This includes covering/supporting the Springvale area.This work will include basic knowledge of infection control, vein and wound care, HIV, viral hepatitis and sexually transmitted infections. The PHC provides an Opioid Replacement Therapy that the Care and recovery team support in providing assistance to the Addiction Medicine Specialist, Nurse Practitioners and other health care workers and clients of this services.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Reduce public health harms associating with injecting drug use
- Draw on their own lived experience of substance use and/or mental ill health and recovery to support others.
- Seek to improve the outcomes of those clients at risk of
- Provide mobile outreach and community engagement to people who use alcohol and other drugs
- Deliver targeted drug-strategy information, brief interventions and referrals
- Work closely with the Mobile Overdose Response Service worker and Proactive Overdose Response Initiative Peer worker in dealing with overdose and providing harm reduction education and treatment pathways for people who use drugs.
- Provide reflective discipline-specific supervision to other Lived and Living Experience Workforce employees, and offer guidance and support to Peer Workers on best practice and resolving complex consumer needs.
Peer Workers act as recovery champions, and practice within the Intentional Peer Support (IPS) values of mutual respect, shared experiences and collaboration. They seek to create authentic connections that foster personal growth and healing. As a non-clinical workforce Peer Workers complement the work of clinical staff without undertaking clinical duties.
Team & Program Contributions include:
- Participate in program development and continuous improvement from a consumer perspective.
- Collaborate with service staff and stakeholders; engage in reflective supervision and peer workforce development.
- Contribute to community engagement efforts that reduce stigma and promote community safety.

Monash Women’s is offering an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our maternity service at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton as a Neonatal and Postnatal Support Nurse (NPSN).
The NPSN is a dedicated nursing role introduced to strengthen our model of care for women, newborns and families. Working on our postnatal wards, you will provide nursing care to newborns who require additional clinical support, helping mothers and babies remain together wherever clinically appropriate.
You’ll work alongside experienced midwives, neonatal clinicians and the broader multidisciplinary team – bringing your established nursing skills while developing new capability in neonatal care.
About the Role
As an NPSN, you will provide dedicated nursing care to newborns who require additional monitoring, treatment or support on the postnatal ward.
Your role may include caring for:
- Low birth weight and late preterm babies
- Babies requiring blood glucose monitoring and hypoglycaemia management
- Babies receiving phototherapy
- Babies requiring IV antibiotics
- Newborns requiring additional assessment, observation and clinical care
You will assess and monitor newborns, contribute to individualised care planning, recognise and escalate clinical concerns and work closely with the allocated midwife and neonatal medical team.
A key part of your role will also be supporting and educating parents and families, helping them build confidence in caring for their newborn.
This is a fixed term opportunity until June 2027, commencing in October. We have full time or part time opportunities, across a rotating roster, all shifts including night Duty.

About the role:

- Monitoring patient response to therapies and reporting to the supervising AHP.
- Working within a multi-disciplinary team in a hospital ward environment.
- Supervise or assist in therapy and exercise programs, as directed by the AHP.
- Adhere to relevant WHS requirements including infection control and hand hygiene, reporting of incidents and near misses, safe operation of workplace equipment and manual handling, and maintenance of patient/client confidentiality.
- Assist in the maintenance of stock and ordering of supplies and equipment.
- Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers.
- Accurately maintain documentation under the explicit direction of the supervising AHP.
About you:
- Must possess or be undertaking a Certificate 3 in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate with geriatric patients with diverse cultural backgrounds and complex co-morbidities including dementia.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting particularly with older persons and/or persons with cognitive impairment / Dementia would be advantageous
- Ability to organise time to complete daily tasks, and work within their limits and to recognise when situations are unsafe for patients.
- Ability to work under close supervision and direction from Allied Health Professionals.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment to assist patient therapy and / or handling of patient related equipment and devices.

About the role
The CAMHS Clinician - Clinical Mental Health Nurse is responsible and accountable for their own practice standards and activities they delegate to others. The provision of assessment, education, counselling and group work is considered essential components of care which is directed towards the attainment of optimum consumer health and recovery
Key duties of the role
- Direct delivery of proficient mental health nursing clinical care to clients and their families using evidence-based practice
- Ensure services are delivered in a culturally responsive manner
- Contribute to the clinical leadership of nursing & multidisciplinary services for CAMHS to attain consistency of practice standards and local service outcomes
- Actively participate in undergraduate and postgraduate mental health nursing training, as well as quality management, quality assurance, risk management and ongoing service improvement activities.

Skills and Experience
- Registered or eligible for registration as a nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to people from a diverse range of cultural and social backgrounds

About The Role

What you’ll actually do
As the PA to the Head of Paediatric Intensive Care, you’re the operational hub of the unit. You’ll provide high-level executive support to the unit head and senior medical staff — coordinating meetings, managing complex calendars, handling correspondence, solving roster challenges and jumping in during staffing emergencies.
You’ll also run end-to-end administration for the unit’s education and course programs (internal and external). You’ll work alongside people who aim high in a genuinely friendly, supportive environment.

About the role
Help keep essential pathology services moving as a Fleet Coordinator with SA Pathology. Based in Customer Services at Frome Road, you’ll coordinate daily courier fleet activities and provide friendly, professional support to drivers, clients and colleagues. Organise runs, allocate vehicles and respond to enquiries to help specimens reach the laboratory efficiently. Work closely with supervisors to support daily operations, brief and assist courier staff, and maintain accurate schedules and records. Use GPS systems to monitor fleet activity, help coordinate vehicle servicing and contribute to staff training and service improvements. You’ll also assist Consumer Products Support Services when needed. This role works across a seven-day roster, every day of the year, including weekends and public holidays. Shifts are between 6:30 am and 10:30 pm.
About You
To be successful in this role you will:
• Deliver courteous customer service and handle busy phone enquiries
• Prioritise fleet tasks with sound judgement and accuracy
• Use Microsoft Office and Access to maintain reliable records
• Support staff training and work well with colleagues and clients
You’ll bring knowledge of fleet and courier operations, quality management, confidentiality and workplace safety. Experience in courier dispatch, a call centre or a medical setting is desirable. No essential educational or vocational qualification is specified.
