Transform lives, every single day
Do you want a career that means more?
We’re a well-respected not-for-profit that’s been serving society’s most vulnerable for 170 years. Each year, we achieve life-changing outcomes for the 40,000+ people who rely on our person-centred support. And now, we’re extending our reach and impact even further.
If you understand that great property marketing is about much more than selling a product, it’s about creating a compelling place, community, and lifestyle, this could be your next opportunity.
We are looking for an accomplished Marketing Manager, New Developments to help bring Anglicare’s next generation of premium, high-quality Seniors Communities developments to market. This is an opportunity for a property marketer who understands the complexity of new developments and off-the-plan sales and can combine sophisticated marketing strategy with hands-on delivery
Your opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in bringing new developments to life, shaping the brand, place, and customer proposition from early engagement through to launch and sell-down.
Combining property marketing expertise with integrated campaigns, digital and CRM-led customer acquisition, the role builds market awareness, generates demand, and supports strong sales outcomes, while creating a compelling story around the precinct, community, and lifestyle, not just the product.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
- Shape place branding, positioning, naming and customer propositions for major new developments.
- Deliver go-to-market campaigns across digital, print, events, and sales channels.
- Build the customer journey from EOI and database development through launch, sales activation, completion, and move-in.
- Lead development marketing assets including CGIs, renders, masterplans, brochures, and digital content.
- Help create outstanding display suite and sales centre experiences.
- Partner closely with Sales, Development, architects, project teams and agencies.
- Use CRM, digital and funnel insights to optimise enquiries, appointments, and conversion.
- Bring strong commercial discipline to campaign and development marketing performance
What you’ll bring
You will bring strong marketing expertise and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to turn customer insight into measurable growth. You will leverage data, digital, CRM and marketing technology to drive acquisition, optimise the customer journey and improve marketing performance, while embracing AI and automation to create smarter ways of working.
What’s required:
- 6+ years’ marketing experience.
- Strong experience across property development, off-the-plan apartments, residential developments, or retirement living
- Demonstrated new development launch and go-to-market capability
- Strong understanding of place branding and property buyer behaviour
- Digital performance, CRM, and database marketing expertise
- Commercial confidence and the ability to connect marketing investment with sales outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder and agency management capability
- A relevant Marketing, Communications or Business qualification
What’s preferred:
- Confidence working across complex projects with multiple stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers
- The ability to remain calm, commercially focused and decisive in a fast-moving environment
