As a Payroll Systems Officer, you will be part of a friendly and supportive payroll team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of payroll systems and processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for payroll systems administration, maintaining data accuracy and integrity, supporting end-to-end payroll processing, and contributing to training and documentation. About the role:
St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth, strengthen specialist partnerships, and attract leading medical talent across St Vincent's Private Hospital Northside and St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane. This influential role will play a key part in expanding our services, enhancing our specialist network, and shaping the future of private healthcare delivery.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned relationship-builder who thrives in complex stakeholder environments and can confidently engage with specialists, practice managers, GPs and senior health leaders. Reporting to the Hospital General Manager/Director of Clinical Services, you will play a critical role in growth key specialty services, strengthening referral pathways and supporting the recruitment and retention of Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs).

As our Business Development Manager, you will:
- Drive specialty growth strategies aligned to the hospital’s strategic priorities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with specialist doctors, VMOs, practice managers and referring GPs
- Identify, recruit and onboard new specialists to support service growth.
- Analyse market opportunities, referral patterns and business performance data to identity growth opportunities
- Contribute to the development of business cases and strategic growth initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes
- Lead doctor engagement activities, education events, and referral development programs
- Partner with hospital leadership and marketing teams to execute business development and marketing strategies
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through CRM and business intelligence reporting
About you:
You are an experienced commercial professional with a proven ability to build credibility in specialist healthcare environments.
You will ideally bring:
- Significant experience in healthcare business development, clinical network development, healthcare sales or hospital engagement.
- A demonstrated track record of influencing and building relationships with specialists, surgeons, physicians and referrers.
- Strong communication acumen with experience developing business cases and growth strategies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience working autonomously while partnering effectively with executive leaders.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.

About SALHN:
The Southern Adelaide Health Network (SALHN) is a key health and clinical services agency in the government of South Australia that provides a range of public health care services to the southern metropolitan areas of Adelaide. The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this role provides strategic and executive leadership for Aboriginal Health and wellbeing across the Southern Adelaide Metropolitan Area. The Executive Director - Aboriginal Health will provide expert advice on culture, policy and service priorities, while leading initiatives that strengthen culturally safe services and contribute to improved health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
Working collaboratively with the Executive Leadership Team, clinical staff, community and key stakeholders, you will help drive the transformation, coordination and integration of services across Southern Adelaide Metropolitan Area. Duties for the role will include:
- Providing strategic and executive leadership in Aboriginal Health and wellbeing, including advice to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Leading the development, implementation and monitoring of Aboriginal Health policies, strategies and service plans.
- Building strong, respectful partnerships with Aboriginal communities, staff, clinical teams and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Translating strategic priorities and change initiatives into practical actions that improve Aboriginal health outcomes and address emerging challenges and risks.
- Effectively managing human, financial and physical resources to achieve organisational priorities, performance targets and sustainable service outcomes.
About You:
As the Executive Director, Aboriginal Health, you will be a passionate and culturally responsive leader committed to improving health and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal communities across Southern Adelaide. You will bring strong strategic leadership, an understanding of contemporary issues impacting Aboriginal health, and the ability to build meaningful partnerships with Aboriginal communities, staff and key stakeholders.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience working with and for Aboriginal people, with respect for Aboriginal culture, community and Country.
- A degree or tertiary qualification in Business, Health Services Management, Planning or a related discipline.

About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Unit, this role will be providing appropriate clinical care to patients.
Duties for the role will include:
- Provide a high-quality clinical service under the direction of the relevant clinical service head to patients of Flinders Medical Centre
- Coordinating the follow up care of patients
- Participating in the development of clinical guidelines and protocols
- Ensuring effective communication with care providers, especially General Practitioners, to promote continuity of patient care.

About you:
- Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent. Appropriate Specialist Qualifications and registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration (Neonatal and Perinatal Medicine); or another qualification as defined in the SA Medical Officers Award.
- Clinical experience and competence in the practice of Neonatology consistent with the criteria for completion of RACP subspecialty training in Neonatology
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including colleagues and other professional staff
- High level skills in problem solving and decision making
- Good teaching skills

About the Endeavour Team
The position provides services to consumers of the Endeavour Neurodevelopmental Psychiatry Team. The Endeavour Neurodevelopmental Psychiatry Team is a specialist assessment and consultation team thatcompletes assessments of Infant, Child, and Youth Area Mental Health & Wellbeing Service clients who show complex neurological, developmental, behavioural, and psychiatric symptoms.
The focus of the position is to provide services to consumers who present with one or more areas of neurodivergence as defined broadly: Autism Spectrum Disorder; Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder; emotional and behavioural change due to organic causes (neurological); tic disorders; Intellectual Developmental Disorder; Specific Learning Disorders; motor skill disorders and communication disorders. In addition, many of these clients experience co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and eating disorders. Young people experiencing these difficulties also may have complex psychosocial factors affecting their development and functioning.
About the Role
The role is that of a senior clinician who has training, qualifications, and experience in discipline-specific assessment of young people with neurodivergence and mental health problems. We are seeking a Senior Clinician for this role. The Senior Clinician will provide secondary consultations to Youth Mental Health Program clinicians, and will also complete discipline specific assessments and specialist autism assessment. They will provide therapeutic assessment and feedback, sometimes in collaboration with other members of the Targeted assessment team from different disciplines and/or with members of the Youth Mental Health Program teams, and write reports. They will provide leadership within the Endeavour team. As Endeavour also represents the hub of discipline specific work within ICYAMHWS, the Senior Clinician will hold knowledge of evidence-based assessment in the area of neurodiversity and mental health and will share this knowledge with the Youth Mental Health Program.
About You
You will have:
- An ability to work independently as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in or willingness to upskill as necessary in assessment of neurodivergence (e.g. ADOS, MIGDAS etc.)
- Experienced in discipline-specific assessment using relevant assessment tools

About the role
SJG Bunbury Theatre manages its own Endoscopy reprocessing service, and we are seeking an Endoscopy Sterilisation Technician to join our dedicated team.
Working within a small and supportive team, you will be responsible for all aspects of endoscope management within the Endoscopy Unit, helping to ensure an efficient and high-quality service.
Bunbury SSD provides all other sterilisation services to SJG, and as part of this service arrangement, you will work closely and collaboratively with the Bunbury SSD team.

The Position
- Must have a comprehensive and sound knowledge with demonstrated practical competency in endoscopy reprocessing
- Must have a sound knowledge of GENCA and AS/NZ 5369 standards related to endoscopy reprocessing and storage; Infection control and biotesting.
- Will work in a small team and responsible for the daily management of Endoscopy lists; Preparing and reprocessing all endoscopes as required.
- Is responsible for all daily checks of endoscopy reprocessing equipment; Storage units and chemical water unit as per unit policy and service agreements.
- Must have a good understanding of using an instrument tracking system, e.g Instacount.
- Will work closely together with SSD Supervisor ensuring required tasks and relevant standards are met. Theatre Nurse Unit Manager is the liaison between SSD and Endoscopy Unit.
- Prepares for, and deals with endoscopes/equipment received as per policy statements for appropriate decontamination processes.
- Prepares for, and carries out assembly, storage and reprocessing processes within the endoscopy department and related areas as per policy statements.
- Monitors reprocessing and storage activities as per policy statement and escalates concerns to Theatre Unit Manager
- Ensure efficient use and maintenance of equipment and material resources in endoscopy department and related areas, e.g. TOE reprocessing in Angiography Unit.
- Check relevant inventory to ensure adequate supplies are ordered, prepared and ready for use.
- Monitor the use of storage areas in the department and related areas.
- Ensures accurate records are maintained
You will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate, liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues and other multidisciplinary team members.
To succeed as a Sterilisation Technician, you will hold a Certificate in Sterilisation at AQF3 or equivalent and hold previous relevant experience with the ability to teach within the Endoscopy and SSD related areas.
We will provide you with a comprehensive orientation programme and education related to the Endoscopy Reprocessing equipment and processes in the unit.

- Salary: $79,942.63 to $79,403.93 per annum, plus 12% superannuation

Cabrini Brighton One South is a 33 bed mixed surgical and medical ward. We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to join our team in a permanent part-time position.
The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is responsible for supporting the nursing staff to deliver safe and seamless care and assisting with managing ward resources and equipment. The PCA will assist with monitoring and stocking resources, cleaning equipment, assisting with bed flow, and ensuring beds are made and ready for admissions to the ward.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering care to patients under the supervision and direction of the registered nurse.
- Providing observation of patients and related reporting to the registered nurse.
- Responding to patient and family queries and referring to the registered nurse as required.
- Maintaining the patient environment, including bed making, restocking of supplies and equipment.
- Maintaining patient privacy and dignity and responding to their emotional, spiritual and cultural needs.
What we're looking for:
- Health Service Assistance qualifications or relevant qualifications as outlined in the position description.
- Previous experience as a PCA/WA preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and capacity to develop trust and relationships with patients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential issues.
- Previous experience in an acute hospital setting is desired.
- Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) and Police check is required.

About the opportunity
The Geriatric Evaluation and Management and GEM@Home Unit consists of a state of the art 30 bed inpatient ward with GEM/ TCP/ Rehabilitation that provides specialist in-patient care to the growing communities of the West. The Unit is based at Werribee Mercy Hospital. The unit is supervised by a Head of Unit and is made up of Geriatricians, an Advanced Trainee, BPT registrar, HMO’s and an Intern. There is a strong multidisciplinary team consisting of medical, nursing and allied health staff. In addition to ward responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to be involved in ACAS rounds as well as specialist clinics. Werribee Mercy Hospital is a teaching hospital of the University of Notre Dame.
