About the role:
We are on the search for a Food Service Assistant to join our experienced and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming and supportive care experience for the residents of our Carseldine Aged Care service. Historically known as Holy Spirit Home, our 189-bed facility offers residents a supportive and welcoming environment, with Residential Living aged care, Independent Living and Community Living services all available at the same location.
Things that work for us:
- Fixed term contract (maternity leave), essential to commit to all the following shifts - Week 1 roster (Tuesday PM, Saturday AM and Sunday AM) & Week 2 roster (Monday PM, Friday PM and Saturday AM)
- Undertake various tasks within the Food Services area including but not limited to – meal preparation and presentation, meal distribution, serving, cleaning and dishwashing
- Experience in an aged care facility or hospital environment or similar role
- Attention to detail and communication skills
- An ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Willing to apply for a National Coordinated Criminal History Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to apply)

About the role
- Lead financial accounting and reporting for St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, overseeing month-end/year-end close, financial statements, cash flow, fixed assets, leases, Trust Funds and statutory reporting.
- Provide senior technical accounting leadership across complex areas including revenue, grants, capital works, leases, provisions and other significant accounting matters, ensuring sound judgement and compliance.
- Strengthen financial governance, controls and risk management, maintaining GL integrity, reconciliations, delegations, audit readiness and timely escalation of material financial risks.
- Lead audit and compliance activities, coordinating internal and external audits, resolving findings and ensuring all statutory and NSW Health reporting obligations are met.
- Lead and develop the financial accounting team while driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, reporting and stakeholder relationships to strengthen financial performance and control.
About you
- CA/CPA qualified with significant senior-level financial accounting experience, ideally within a complex healthcare, public sector or highly regulated environment.
- Strong technical accounting expertise, with a proven ability to navigate complex accounting matters, apply Australian Accounting Standards and exercise sound professional judgement.
- Experienced financial leader who can lead month-end/year-end reporting, statutory compliance, audit processes, financial controls and risk management.
- Strategic and commercially minded, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Confident people leader and change driver, with a track record of developing high-performing teams, improving processes and systems, and building effective relationships across a complex organisation.

About the role:
Reporting to the Nursing Director, as Nurse Unit Manager you will lead the scrub/scout nursing team at Flinders Medical Centre, overseeing clinical practice, rostering, and quality improvement across a high-acuity perioperative environment.
Duties for the role will include:
- Ensure that service provision and the activities of the Division / Unit / Ward / Service are person and family centred and professionally and effectively conducted by contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers,
- Integrate contemporary information and evidence with personal experience to support the decision making, innovative thinking and objective analysis that are expected at this level. e.g. Expert Clinical knowledge underpins and informs their ability to support and lead clinical services and management activities that contribute to improve and optimise nursing/midwifery care,
- Use available information systems: to inform decision making, to implement and co-ordinate processes for quality improvement, to monitor and analyse incidents and accidents, to ensure quality and safety is not compromised, to evaluate outcomes and convey information to staff,
- Contribute to the development of, implementation of, and monitoring of corporate policies and processes and lead in their area of expertise
About you:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate,
- Effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills,
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team,

About the Role
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) provides expert clinical advice to patients, carers and other health care professionals within a defined specialty through the delivery of specialist consultant service which:
- Develops implements and evaluates care management plans for patients with complex health needs.
- Provides leadership in the ongoing development of clinical practice.
- Initiates and utilises findings of research in the provision of clinical services.
- Contributes to the development and delivery of specialty related education programs.
- Participates in formal processes for the strategic and operational planning for the clinical service.

We are looking for someone who has…
- A current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field.
- Holds approved postgraduate qualifications relevant to the specialty or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate.
- Leadership skills and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team environment.

About the Role
Join the Children’s Health and Wellbeing Local in an Access and Engagement role supporting children and families to connect with the right care, at the right time. Based primarily at Cranbourne, with work across other Monash Health Community locations, you’ll work within an interdisciplinary team providing assessment and triage, service navigation, care coordination and transition follow-up for children aged 0–11 years and their families.
You’ll also work closely with community agencies and services to support families to navigate the health and community service system and access the support they need. In this role, you will:

The Children’s Health and Wellbeing Local is an integrated service supporting children aged 0–11 years and their families across Greater Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia. Bringing together community health, mental health and family support services, the Children’s Local provides wellbeing support, care coordination and therapeutic intervention for children experiencing developmental, behavioural and mental health concerns.
Our main site is located at Cranbourne Integrated Care Centre, with additional services delivered across the local catchment. Our interdisciplinary team works together to provide accessible, family-centred care that considers the whole child and the important people and environments around them.
About You
You are a Social Worker or Occupational Therapist who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and families. You enjoy working collaboratively, building relationships and helping families navigate services, particularly where there may be additional barriers to accessing care. You will bring:
- A recognised degree in Social Work or Occupational Therapy (Bachelor or Master level), including relevant overseas qualifications assessed by the appropriate Australian professional organisation
- Eligibility for AASW membership for Social Workers or current AHPRA registration for Occupational Therapists
- Experience working with children aged 0–11 years and their families, including children experiencing vulnerability or risk
- Understanding of contemporary evidence and practice relevant to children and families
- Strong communication, assessment and collaborative working skills
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Commitment to safe, high-quality, child and family-centred care
- Current Driver Licence
- Previous experience within a healthcare setting is desirable

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Grade 3 Social Worker to join Monash Health’s Renal Supportive Care team.
Working within a specialist multidisciplinary service, you will provide advanced psychosocial support to patients living with advanced chronic kidney disease (CKD) and their families and carers. You will support people to navigate complex healthcare decisions, plan for the future and maintain quality of life throughout their care journey.
Based at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton, this ongoing part-time (0.4 EFT) role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians across nephrology, supportive care, palliative care and complex chronic disease management.
About the Role
As the Renal Supportive Care Social Worker, you will provide specialist social work assessment, intervention and support to patients and families experiencing complex health and psychosocial needs. You will:
- Provide advanced psychosocial assessment, counselling and support
- Support informed decision-making and advance care planning

About You
You are an experienced Social Worker with advanced clinical skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach. An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Cardiac Physiologist to join our dynamic team within a leading tertiary cardiology service. We are seeking applicants across both Grade 2 and Grade 3 (CRM) classifications to support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred cardiac diagnostic services. While this position is primarily seeking applicants at the Grade 2 or Grade 3 level, suitably entry level / Grade 1 applicants are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on their skills, experience and potential for development.

What you'll be doing

The position of Unaccredited Trainee would suit a junior medical officer of at least 4 years post graduate experience who wishes to gain clinical experience and training in Emergency Medicine prior to formal critical care training. The Unaccredited Trainee will participate in a seven-day per week roster which includes evening and night shifts and will demonstrate proficiency in the initial assessment and management of all medical and surgical emergencies in paediatric and adult patients.

About the Role
The Medical Officer will work under an appropriate level of supervision, commensurate with their level of experience and competence, to assess, diagnose, treat and provide clinical consultation for patients of all ages presenting with a broad range of conditions. The Registrar/Senior Registrar works under the direction and supervision of Specialist Medical Staff, and is responsible for:
- Adherence to professional protocols, policies, clinical pathways and standards.

- Responsible for the day-to-day management of private and public inpatients and outpatients within the allocated site/facility. Provide after-hours emergency as determined by the relevant work unit.

- Applicants must be confirmed by the local Tasmanian Directors of Training or their respective faculty as being on the training pathway of either The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) or Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM).

About the role
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, Orthopaedics, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to surgical and orthopaedic patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You'll utilise your clinical expertise, critical thinking skills and compassionate approach to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

- Providing exceptional nursing care to surgical and orthopaedic patients
- Applying evidence-based practice and reflective thinking in clinical decision-making
- Building strong relationships with patients, families, and your team
About You
You are a compassionate and clinically capable Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong surgical nursing experience, excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. Orthopaedic experience will be highly regarded, along with a genuine passion for teamwork and professional growth.
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a surgical ward (orthopaedics highly regarded)
- Strong clinical skills and confidence in managing acute situations
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills

The annual salary for a full time Registered Nurses – AUD $85,732 - $107,669 + super + entitlements depending on registration type, year level and position (prorated for part-time).
