About Us - Monash Health Radiology
We are currently seeking experienced Night Shift Medical Imaging Technologist (Radiographer) to join our workforce at Casey Hospital. Permanent full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
As a key member of our overnight imaging team, you will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services to support the Emergency Department, inpatient units, and urgent after-hours presentations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will exercise clinical judgement, manage competing priorities, and work closely with medical, nursing, and allied health teams to deliver timely patient care.
The successful applicant will be confident working independently, while also contributing to a supportive and collaborative after-hours team culture. A strong background in General X-ray is essential, with CT experience highly desirable.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Strong general radiography skills, with CT experience highly regarded
- The ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions
- Confidence managing emergency and after-hours imaging workloads
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, adaptable and patient-focused approach
- Experience with RIS/PACS systems (desirable)
This is primarily a permanent night shift position. Occasional day shift attendance may be required to support training, education, competency maintenance, and modality-specific credentialing requirements.
About the Role and You
You will be working as part of the Radiology team providing quality diagnostic imaging care to emergency, inpatients and outpatients. Your ability to succeed in this role will be maximized if you can demonstrate a high standard of general x-ray and CT capabilities.

About the Department/ Program
The position provides psychological services to consumers as part of the groups program in the Clayton Continuing Care Team (CCT) at Atherton Road, Oakleigh. The Clayton CCT provides case management support and treatment for consumers aged from 25 to 65 years experiencing severe and persisting symptoms of mental illness.
About the Role
Join our team as a Psychologist on a {full time / part time to work at Atherton Road Centre, based at Oakleigh. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the CCT manager and working with the broader Psychology team.
The focus of the position is to provide evidence-based psychological group therapy to consumers who present with psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma related disorders and personality disturbances. The position will also provide individual psychology services to consumers in the CCT to:

Conduct psychological assessments and provide meaningful feedback as per the model of care, including diagnostic assessments, formulation, and suitability for group therapy
-
Prepare psychological reports, and provide effective and timely verbal and written feedback to referrers, consumers and others, as appropriate
-
Use diagnosis, formulation, and consumers’ preferences to develop and deliver effective, evidence-based psychological intervention as per the model of care
-
Develop, facilitate and evaluate the effectiveness of group interventions such as CBT and ACT
-
Psychoeducation for psychosis
-
Trans-diagnostic treatment models
-
Social skills/communication skills
-
Identify and refer to appropriate ongoing psychological support as part of discharge planning
-
Offer a psychological perspective to the treating team and other relevant stakeholders
-
Engage in supervision as per supervision policies
-
Practice ethically and professionally, including adhering to legal, ethical and organisational standards, including the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act (2022)

About You

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across the volunteer lifecycle, including high-volume recruitment, onboarding and retention check-ins
- Coordinate volunteer recruitment administration, including application processing, screening documentation and compliance checks
- Support the delivery of volunteer onboarding and training by preparing materials, scheduling sessions and maintaining attendance records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date volunteer records in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Assist with volunteer communications, including check-ins, updates and general enquiries

About the opportunity
Summary of the role: The role of the Forensic Clinical Specialist (FCS) is to build capacity and support best practice within Mercy Mental Health & Wellbeing Services Staff, provide forensic mental health consultancy experience. This position will provide a resource to staff to support and enhance the service response for consumers presenting with multiple complex presentations including serious mental illness, substance abuse issues, forensic history and high risk behaviors. The FCS position will provide timely advice, specialist assessment, and secondary consultation, develop and implement training, and introduce high level evidence based risk assessment and risk management tools and processes. It will be a key contact point for justice / forensic referrers, Mental Health Community Support Services (MHCSS) and MMH and will support a collaborative approach to sharing and transfer of care for this consumer groups.
ABOUT YOU:
- Registered with APHRA as a Psychologist with eligibility for endorsement as a Clinical psychologist or
- Registration with APHRA as an Occupational Therapist with a graduate or post graduate qualification in Occupational Therapy or
- Registration with APHRA as a Registered Nurse undergraduate psychiatric nursing program or a Post Graduate Psychiatric / mental health nursing qualification
- Approved Degree in Social Work with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- At least 5 years post graduate clinical experience in relevant community mental health settings
- Working knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2014, Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried Act 1997, Sentencing Act 1991), and other relevant legislation
- A current unrestricted Victorian Driver’s License and ability to work a vehicle
Desirable
- For Psychologists, membership of the APS College of Forensic / Clinical Psychologist is desirable;

About the Role
Join our team as a Patient Services Assistant on a full time or part time; ongoing or fixed term basis to work at Monash Medical Centre based at Clayton. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the General Services Manager & Supervisors and working with the broader Support Services team.
PSAs play a vital role in supporting clinical team in the delivery of patient care. PSAs do a range of tasks including, but not limited to, cleaning, patient transfers, and equipment handling. Working as part of a team and on their own, PSAs are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and patient support across the hospital.

- Daily ward cleaning, discharge room cleans, and unscheduled cleans

Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned resident and estate accounts to support timely, accurate and compliant collection of aged care fees
- Engage with residents, family members and representatives to resolve outstanding accounts in a respectful and values‑led manner
- Negotiate and manage payment plans where appropriate, including monitoring compliance and follow‑up
- Address objections, disputes and sensitive financial conversations with professionalism and sound judgement
- Identify potential financial risk and assist in proactively managing and reducing aged debt
- Collaborate with operational, clinical and corporate teams to support effective end‑to‑end billing and collections processes
- Support reporting and data insights related to collections activity, debts and payment trends as required
- Maintain accurate records and comply with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

About The Role
- Position Title: Administration Officer – Cardiac Ambulatory Services
- Location: Victorian Heart Hospital (VHH) – Clayton, Melbourne, Victoria
- Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
As the Administration Officer for Cardiac Ambulatory Services, you will provide essential administrative support for the smooth operation of our clinics at VHH and satellite sites. You will be responsible for managing patient appointments, referral management, data entry, and ensuring that our patients receive exceptional customer service at all stages of their journey with us. You will play a vital role in maintaining efficient clinic flow, utilizing advanced Patient Management Systems such as EMR, iPM, Healthtrack, and SMR. You will be working within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that all patients experience a streamlined, coordinated, and timely service, helping to improve both their clinical outcomes and overall experience at VHH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments, referrals, and clinic bookings across multiple systems (Cerner, iPM, HealthTrack, etc.).
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients, carers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist patients and families in navigating the patient management systems (e.g., NEXA kiosk, EMR portal).
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the Victorian Integrated Non-Admitted Health (VINAH) system.
- Support the Ambulatory Services Administration Team Leads in improving administrative processes and policies.
- Maintain clinic flow, ensuring minimal wait times and a seamless patient experience.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and assist in the development of policies and protocols.
- Provide support for multidisciplinary team meetings, ensuring patient information is prepared and available.
About You/ What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in Referral Management, Clinic Bookings, and Surgical Bookings within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology and experience with Patient Management Systems (e.g., EMR, iPM, Healthtrack).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a high level of customer service.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience in a healthcare service environment is essential.

About the Department of Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes
The Department of Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes provides a range of services and clinics for children up to 18 years of age, managing one third of children newly diagnosed with diabetes in Victoria every year, providing more than 3.9 million episodes of care to our community. The department also manages a full range of endocrine (hormonal) conditions in children including thyroid, growth and puberty.
About the Role
The Department of Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes (DPED) administration officer is responsible for effective and efficient reception and administrative support to the DPED team. They will assist with the coordination and maintenance of office practices. They will undertake duties that contribute to the process of maintaining the DPED information management systems, recording and dissemination of information and general administration processes.

Express interest as a Clinical Support Nurse in a fixed term - part time basis 0.84 FTE until April 2027, to work at Dandenong Hospital
The role of the Clinical Coach/Clinical Support Nurse (CC/CSN) entails offering clinical guidance and support to nurses throughout Monash Health. This position is both supplementary and clinical and involves providing education and training at the bedside and providing patient care to meet the Safe Patient Care Act (SPCA). The role is based on a rotating roster, but primarily works Monday to Friday morning shifts. The (CC/CSN) ensures that nurses at Monash Health deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care by:
- Advocating for evidence-based nursing practices across various settings.
- Assisting in ongoing professional development.
- Providing clinical supervision.
- Supporting formal educational initiatives.
- Encouraging nursing and midwifery research.
