Remuneration and benefits of working with ARRCS:ARRCS are offering an exclusive package for skilled Registered Nurses to join our team in Katherine, below is what our package includes:
- Penalty driven hourly rate of an Aged Care Registered Nurse Level 2 - (AM rate) $51.26 / hour - $53.84 / hour ($101,300 - $106,400 PA) gross base.
- Exclusive $20,000 PA bonus structure for your first 12 months of employment. (conditions apply).
- $10,000 gross (pro-rata for PT) less tax upon successful completion of probation.
- $10,000 gross (pro-rata for PT) less tax payable after completion of a further 6 consecutive months service.
- Fully furnished and subsidized (utilities) shared accommodation included in your remuneration package.
- Access to full salary sacrifice benefits through Eziway Salary Packaging.
- The ability to have 'Work, Life, Balance' with flexibility on rostering and working for a family friendly organization.

To be considered for this role, we are asking all applicants to provide evidence of the following skills and experience:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- Working Rights for Australia - This package is not offered on a sponsorship basis.
- A minimum of 12 months experience working as a Registered Nurse to qualify for the bonus (in addition to graduate placements) within an Australian health service - With preference within a geriatric or aged care environment however, not essential.
- Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team.
- Preferably prior experience working with Indigenous Australian's and or working in remote areas of Australia.
- Demonstrates effective and clear written and verbal communication skills, including intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to meet and obtain mandatory compliance requirements.
- Demonstrates and has references that indicate you are a proactive and supportive colleague, you have strong work ethic and, understands that the ultimate requirement is to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to our elderly residents.

To be considered for this role, we do require evidence of the following:

About the role
ARRCS are currently sourcing qualified and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to support our elderly residents within our Aged Care Facility Flynn Lodge, located in Alice Springs, Northern Territory.
This role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis and are residential roles, requiring you to relocate to Alice Springs, Northern Territory with relocation support of up to $5000 included in your remuneration package.

Remuneration and benefits of working with ARRCS:
ARRCS are offering an exclusive package for skilled Registered Nurses to join our team in Alice Springs, below is what our package includes:
- Penalty driven hourly rate of an Aged Care Registered Nurse Level 2 - (AM rate) $51.26 / hour - $53.84 / hour ($101,290 - $106,400 PA) gross base.
- Exclusive $50,000 PA bonus structure for your first year (12 months) of continuous employment. (conditions apply).
- $25,000 gross (pro-rata for PT) less tax upon successful completion of probation.
- $25,000 gross (pro-rata for PT) less tax payable after completion of a further 6 consecutive months service with bonus payments ceasing upon the completion of one (1) year of continuous service.

Skills and experience
To be considered for this role, we are asking all applicants to provide evidence of the following skills and experience:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.

- A minimum of 12 months experience working as a Registered Nurse to qualify for the bonus (in addition to graduate placements) within an Australian health service - With preference within a geriatric or aged care environment however, not essential.
- Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices.

- Preferably prior experience working with Indigenous Australian's and or working in remote areas of Australia.
