Join Monash at Home – Aged and Rehabilitation Care (ARC), a progressive multidisciplinary service delivering subacute and rehabilitation care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Through an innovative hospital substitution and emergency department diversion model, ARC supports recovery, promotes independence, and helps patients avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurses to join our supportive team in a Fixed Term Capacity, we are open to both Full Time and Part Time (minimum .6EFT) applicants, working across a Monday to Sunday roster with no night shifts. These are Maternity leave replacement positions available until April 2027 and August 2027.
In this autonomous and varied role, you will:

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in patients' homes.

Undertake clinical assessments, monitoring and care coordination.

Work collaboratively with medical, nursing and allied health professionals.

Utilise advanced clinical judgement and problem-solving skills in a community setting.
In this role you will provide direct Hospital level care for a diverse clinical cohort across medical, surgical, pre/post-operative, geriatric/GEM, and rehabilitation specialties. Our patients are cared for in their home.
About You
You are a flexible, adaptable and clinically confident Registered Nurse who enjoys working autonomously while remaining connected to a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Whether your experience is in acute, critical care or community nursing, you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and improving outcomes.

This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-focused care to individuals receiving chemotherapy and infusion treatments. You’ll play an important role in supporting patients throughout their treatment journey, helping them feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for at every stage.
Working closely with both clinical and administrative staff, you’ll assist in coordinating appointments, treatments, and telehealth consultations to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care before, during, and after chemotherapy and infusion treatments
- Perform cannulation and monitor patients throughout their treatment
- Assist patients during telehealth consultations with specialists
- Coordinate appointments, manage pharmacy supplies, and oversee stock ordering
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with clinicians to support multidisciplinary care
- Operate both independently and as part of a close-knit, supportive team
What You’ll Bring:

About the Role:
As the Security/Orderly Officer, you’ll deliver a combination of security and patient care services that support the effective, efficient, and safe functioning of the Health Unit. You’ll assist clients with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring their safety and wellbeing in line with hospital policies and procedures. A key part of your role will involve responding calmly to challenging situations, including assisting with the de-escalation of aggressive or agitated behaviour to maintain a peaceful and safe environment.
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll use sound judgement, clear communication, and the correct methods and equipment to uphold the highest standards of safety, dignity, and care for all.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current South Australian Security Agent Licence
- Demonstrated experience in security roles.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with a wide range of people including the de-escalation of violent, aggressive and/or agitated people.
- Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft 365.
- Demonstrated experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
