CPL is seeking a Disability Support Worker for North Brisbane (Brendale area) to help people live independently and participate in daily life. Casual and permanent part-time roles are available, with paid training and ongoing development.

No prior experience required; empathy and good communication are key. Responsibilities include meal support, mobility assistance, medication help, appointments and community activities, with shifts across various times to fit your availability.

We're looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Cairns and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you've done this before or you're new and passionate about helping others - we'd love to hear from you.

No two days are the same - you'll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

• Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
• Supporting someone to get out into the community
• Attending appointments or social activities
• Medication support
• Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)

• Award conditions and hourly rate that reflect experience
• Paid training & ongoing development (no experience needed to get started)

Shifts are available across a variety of times, and we will work with you to build a permanent roster that suits your availability.
