About Cabrini Maternity ServicesCabrini provides a private model of maternity care, partnering with accredited Obstetricians and Paediatricians to deliver evidence-based care. Our service includes 6 Birthing Suites, 25 Postnatal Beds and a Level 2 Special Care Nursery, supported by a multidisciplinary team of Midwives, Registered Nurses and Lactation Consultants. You'll have the opportunity to work across Birth Suite, Postnatal and Special Care Nursery.
About the RoleAs a Registered Midwife, you will play an integral role in delivering safe, compassionate and evidence-based care throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.
You will:- Provide high-quality, woman-centred maternity care
- Support women and their families throughout their maternity journey
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Care for women with both low-risk and complex maternity needs
- Contribute to exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experiences
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Midwife
- A minimum of 3 years' midwifery experience
- Bachelor of Midwifery or equivalent Australian-recognised qualification
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Salary packaging: up to $15,900 tax-free each year, plus $2650 meal & entertainment card benefits

Key responsibilities include:- Scanning and generating Imprest orders, receiving and delivering stock to Imprest wards and processing invoices

How you will make an impact

As a Work Health Safety Consultant, you will partner with managers and teams across Cabrini to provide expert, practical advice on identifying and managing physical and psychological risks, investigating incidents and implementing effective controls. About you
Relevant qualifications - an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in WHS, OHS or a related discipline.
Strong experience - at least 5 years’ hands-on WHS consulting experience, ideally within a large, complex organisation; healthcare experience is highly regarded.
Strong technical expertise - sound knowledge of the Workplace Health and Safety Act 2004, risk management, incident and hazard investigation, and physical and psychological workplace risks.
Influencing and coaching capability - excellent relationship-building, communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to positively influence stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach - demonstrated ability to identify risks, implement practical controls, conduct audits and contribute to continuous improvement.

About the role
Cabrini’s Day Oncology and Infusion Centre provides patients with access to a comprehensive range of cancer treatments, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other infusion services.
We are currently seeking a committed and compassionate Ward Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). This role involves providing clerical and reception support, along with general administrative assistance as needed. The successful candidate will ideally be available to commence as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting visitors, patients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Providing efficient reception services and maintaining a welcoming environment
Handling telephone calls and enquiries promptly and appropriately
Responding to patient requests or referring them to the appropriate team member
Ensuring confidentiality and discretion when managing sensitive information
About You
You are a motivated and reliable individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. You will bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Recent experience in a ward or unit reception role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a courteous phone manner and strong attention to detail
A flexible and positive approach, with the ability to adapt to changing needs
Initiative, self-motivation, and a willingness to ask for support when required
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Nurse Unit Manager to lead 3 Central at Cabrini Malvern.
3 Central is a 33-bed neurological, stroke and general medical ward, caring for patients with diverse and complex clinical needs. Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide visible clinical leadership while driving high-quality care, patient flow, staff development, exceptional patient and family experience and continuous improvement.
As Nurse Unit Manager of 3 Central, you’ll have the opportunity to lead with purpose, develop your team and make a meaningful impact on patient care while contributing to the continued growth and improvement of the service.
You will:
Lead, inspire, support and develop a dedicated nursing team.
Provide strong, visible, clinical and operational leadership across the 33-bed service.
Champion safe, compassionate and high-quality patient care.
Partner with medical, nursing and allied health teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Drive initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, patient experience and workforce sustainability.
About You
You will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum 5 years' experience in an acute medical and/or surgical unit (essential).
Postgraduate qualifications in Neuroscience, Leadership or Management desirable, or be working towards.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills.
Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic clinical environment.
