CareChoice Pty is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to people with complex support needs in Victoria. This expression of interest covers roles across settings including home care, residential and community support.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate III/IV in Disability or related fields, current First Aid/ CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and a valid Victorian driver's licence with a reliable insured vehicle.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking support workers who have:

• Experience supporting people with complex physical needs
• A person-centred approach to care
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and reliability
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services, or similar
• Current First Aid and CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Employee Working with Children Check
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence
