About the Role:
Join our team as a Clinical Nurse, providing high-quality, person-centred care across a variety of health settings while working within a multidisciplinary team. This rewarding role offers opportunities to provide clinical leadership, support practice improvements and contribute to the development of colleagues.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Criteria
- Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Registered Nurse with NMBA.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a flexible approach.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines within a multidisciplinary team.
- Minimum 3 years’ post-registration nursing experience, including leadership of less experienced staff.
- Knowledge of relevant nursing standards, legislation, quality improvement systems and contemporary healthcare issues.
Desired Criteria
- Relevant nursing/human services qualifications and strong computer skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, develop staff and contribute to quality improvement.
- Knowledge of the SA Public Health System and contemporary nursing issues.

Monash Health Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Education Pharmacist to help lead the development and delivery of Clinical Pharmacy Services education and training across our network.
This Grade 3 Pharmacist role is Full Time, fixed term for 12 months to cover parental leave. Working across Monash Health sites, you’ll combine clinical practice, education and leadership to support pharmacy teams and educators.
About the Department / Program
Monash Health Pharmacy is a diverse and dynamic team of over 500 professionals. We work across seven hospitals and community settings, delivering best-practice pharmacy services and supporting career development through structured rotations, mentoring, and leadership opportunities.
About the role
Join our award-winning Victorian pharmacy educator team and play a key role in shaping pharmacy education across the Monash Health network.
Working alongside the Pharmacy Clinical Educator Team Leader, you will co-lead the Pharmacy Educator team and support the delivery of a consistent, high-quality pharmacy training program.
The role combines clinical education (40%), clinical pharmacy practice (40%) and team leadership/administration (20%), giving you the opportunity to stay connected to clinical practice while leading education and workforce development.
The key purpose of this role is to:
- Lead and continuously improve the Clinical Pharmacy and Aseptic Educator Program.
- Develop consistent education and training processes across Monash Health.
- Provide practical, ‘at the elbow’ education and support to pharmacy teams.
- Coordinate and deliver a comprehensive education program across Monash Health sites.
- Support pharmacy employees to develop their skills, improve workflows and deliver safe, efficient services.
- Support credentialing activities and opportunities to broaden scope of practice.
As part of the Pharmacy Education Services team, you’ll help develop pharmacy professionals, lead quality improvement initiatives and connect with professional groups beyond Monash Health.
Your performance will be assessed across key areas including:
- Providing expert clinical education and training.
- Developing and improving pharmacy training and professional development programs.
- Supporting safe, high-quality and efficient pharmacy services.
- Contributing to research and quality improvement.
- Supporting the Pharmacy Education Services team.
About you
You’re an experienced hospital pharmacist with a passion for education, leadership and developing others. You bring strong clinical knowledge, a commitment to quality improvement and the ability to inspire and support colleagues.
You can also demonstrate:
- Proven leadership skills.
- A commitment to research, education and professional contribution.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist and Australian working rights.
You’ll need to be flexible to work across the Monash Health network, with a current Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Relevant postgraduate qualifications, such as a Master of Clinical Pharmacy, Master of Education or equivalent, or demonstrated leadership experience will be highly regarded.

About You

About the Role
Join our team as a Patient Services Assistant on a full time or part time; ongoing or fixed term basis to work at Monash Medical Centre based at Clayton. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the General Services Manager & Supervisors and working with the broader Support Services team.
PSAs play a vital role in supporting clinical team in the delivery of patient care. PSAs do a range of tasks including, but not limited to, cleaning, patient transfers, and equipment handling. Working as part of a team and on their own, PSAs are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and patient support across the hospital.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Daily ward cleaning, discharge room cleans, and unscheduled cleans
- Patient transfers using equipment such as hoists, slides, bed movers and wheelchairs
- Ensuring adherence to infection prevention protocols at all times.

The position provides psychological services to consumers as part of the groups program in the Clayton Continuing Care Team (CCT) at Atherton Road, Oakleigh. The Clayton CCT provides case management support and treatment for consumers aged from 25 to 65 years experiencing severe and persisting symptoms of mental illness.
About the Role
Join our team as a Psychologist on a {full time / part time to work at Atherton Road Centre, based at Oakleigh. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the CCT manager and working with the broader Psychology team.
The focus of the position is to provide evidence-based psychological group therapy to consumers who present with psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma related disorders and personality disturbances. The position will also provide individual psychology services to consumers in the CCT to:

Conduct psychological assessments and provide meaningful feedback as per the model of care, including diagnostic assessments, formulation, and suitability for group therapy

Prepare psychological reports, and provide effective and timely verbal and written feedback to referrers, consumers and others, as appropriate

This role supports perioperative services by managing the loan instrumentation and equipment process, ensuring all required items are received, processed, and available for use when needed. You will be responsible for the reprocessing of reusable medical devices, including collection, cleaning, decontamination, inspection, testing, packaging, sterilisation, storage, and distribution. Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing CSSD team, you will contribute to infection prevention, patient safety, and the delivery of quality clinical services. Previous theatre nursing experience and a sound understanding of sterilisation and CSSD practices are essential.
You will have:
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in CSSD at a supervisor/manager level with some knowledge and experience with sterilisation of reusable medical devices
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- An understanding of the loan instrument and equipment processes
- Certificate IV in Sterilisation Services
- A commitment to excellent customer service and quality improvement
- Demonstrated knowledge in the application of infection prevention and control practices, as well as OHS requirements as they relate to sterilising services
- Understanding of private health industry and professional trends in infection control and sterilisation
- Broad knowledge of financial management principles including budget preparation and budget management

As the Administration Officer for Cardiac Ambulatory Services, you will provide essential administrative support for the smooth operation of our clinics at VHH and satellite sites. You will be responsible for managing patient appointments, referral management, data entry, and ensuring that our patients receive exceptional customer service at all stages of their journey with us. You will play a vital role in maintaining efficient clinic flow, utilizing advanced Patient Management Systems such as EMR, iPM, Healthtrack, and SMR. Key Responsibilities:

The role of the Clinical Coach/Clinical Support Nurse (CC/CSN) entails offering clinical guidance and support to nurses throughout Monash Health. Provides a complex person-centred expert clinical consultancy service for individuals, carers and other health care professionals with the Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) specialty to provide a people focused, evidenced based, quality clinical consultancy service in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team with a focus on harm minimisation.
Selection Criteria
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse with at least 5 years full time equivalent postgraduate experience with at least 3 year’s fulltime equivalent experience in the provision of alcohol and other drugs services and a breadth of knowledge and expertise in contemporary practices in alcohol and other drugs. In addition, tertiary nursing qualification in Alcohol and Other Drugs or current enrolment or commitment to enrol in an approved postgraduate course with in the next 12 months is mandatory.
- Demonstrated advanced skills in alcohol and other drug services including but not limited to health and social impacts of substance abuse, dependence, harm minimisation and evidence-based AOD interventions.
- Demonstrated skills and ability to conduct and apply scientific research and evidence-based practice to the workplace with the ability to critically, problem solve and link outcomes to the principles of continuous quality improvement in the alcohol and other drugs specialty field.
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal and computer skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven clinical leadership and clinical supervision capabilities with the ability to provide consultant advice, education and support to individuals, their families, AOD clinicians and other health professionals.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, present and evaluate education, clinical procedures and policies to multidisciplinary teams.
- Current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances.
