About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Manager, Allied Health WISER to lead our Workforce, Innovation, Strategy, Education and Research (WISER) team.
Reporting to the Chief Allied Health Officer, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team focused on building workforce capability, strengthening professional governance and advancing innovation, education, digital health and research across Allied Health.
You’ll work across all of Monash Health from the team's home bases at Dandenong Hospital and Kingston Centre in Heatherton.
This is a full-time, ongoing role working Monday to Friday, although we’re also happy to consider candidates looking to work part time hours.
In this role you’ll lead the WISER team to deliver strategic priorities and support a thriving, future-focused Allied Health workforce. Key areas of responsibility include:

Provide strategic and operational leadership to the WISER team.
-
In partnership with the Allied Health Leadership Committee, drive initiatives across workforce development, practice improvement, innovation, education, research and Allied Health Assistant governance.
-
Ensuring best practice, quality improvement and service redesign to improve patient outcomes and experience are at the heart of everything we deliver.
-
Build effective partnerships across Monash Health, universities and external organisations.
-
Allocate resources to lead delivery of the Allied Health Leadership Committee workplan and contribute to system-wide Allied Health leadership.
-
Manage the WISER budget and resources effectively.
-
Support the development, supervision and mentoring of staff and students.
-
Foster an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
-
Provide expert advice on complex Allied Health and clinical practice matters.
About You
You are an accomplished Allied Health leader with the ability to combine strategic thinking, professional expertise and strong people leadership.
You will have:
-
A qualification in an Allied Health discipline governed by Monash Health’s Chief Allied Health Officer.
-
If applicable for your discipline, a current practising AHPRA registration with no restrictions.
-
Eligibility for membership of the relevant professional association.
-
A postgraduate qualification in Management, Leadership or Public Health, or demonstrated progression towards one, is strongly preferred.
-
Demonstrated experience in Allied Health leadership, workforce development and professional governance.
-
Demonstrated operational management and people leadership experience.
-
Knowledge and application of project management, change management, quality improvement and service redesign methodologies in healthcare.
-
Experience in clinical education, professional development and interdisciplinary practice.
-
Strong understanding of Government policy and broader issues affecting Allied Health and the health system.
-
Highly developed people leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
-
Experience contributing to research, publications, conference presentations, peer review and/or successful research grant applications is highly regarded.
-
Strong computer literacy and the ability to work effectively in a complex health service environment.

About the Role
Join our team as an Administration Officer Lead in an ongoing opportunity based at Monash Women’s Amber Team at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton.
In this important role, you will provide excellent administrative, secretarial, and receptionist support for the day-to-day activities of the Amber Team. You will also provide clerical and organizational support for the sub-teams within Amber at Clayton, including high-quality customer service for patients presenting to the service.
There are a number of opportunities available as outlined below.
To ensure administration coverage to support the service, you would be required to work 8.5 hours across all of these opportunities.
- Shift (08:00-16:30)
Mon / Tues / Wed / Thurs / Fri and public holidays
- Shift (09:00-17:30)

About Amber Team
We are a multi-unit team consisting of ADAPPT, Fetal Diagnostic Unit, Fetal Surveillance, and Maternal Fetal Medicine. The Amber Team runs maternity clinics and surveillance services 7 days a week. We provide a comprehensive range of maternity care and diagnostic services for the rapidly growing communities of Melbourne’s Southeast. We work in conjunction with our Sandringham, Casey, and Dandenong Women’s Health teams.
About You
You are a proactive and experienced healthcare administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You have strong administrative and organizational skills and are accustomed to working in a hospital environment. You also have friendly and helpful customer service and communication skills. To ensure your success in this role, you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience, and knowledge:
- Proven healthcare administration experience
- Familiarity with iPM, KRONOS, EMR, RIS/PACS, Oracle (advantageous)
- Ideally, you are familiar with the setup and function of an outpatient unit
- Friendly, customer service-driven individual with exceptional, effective communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously and multitask in a busy environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience with Medicare compliance and Billing
- Previous administrative experience in the specialty of Maternity is highly desirable

About the Department / Program
Engineering & Infrastructure Department is responsible to ensure that Monash Health facilities, buildings & infrastructure assets are managed & maintained at appropriate standards for critical health services delivery. We are responsible for a range of capital/minor works projects, infrastructure and assets replacement programs. We are responsible to ensure all our buildings, facilities & infrastructure are built & maintained to meet all relevant mandatory statutory regulations, codes, standards & guidelines.
About the Role
Join our team as an A Grade Electrician on a full time 5 day position to work at Kingston Centre Hospital based at Cheltenham. In this role, you will be guided under the leadership of the Facilities Manager and working with the broader Trade and Facilities team.
- This hands on role encompasses the inspection, repair and diagnosis of electrical faults with hospital plant and equipment to ensure it’s safe, reliable and efficient operation.
- Electrical installation work will be required.
- Assist with the effective management and operation of the electrical LV and HV infrastructure operations and maintenance.
- Assist with the effective management of the programed planned maintenance regime for the electrical infrastructure and assets.
- Manage reactive and planned maintenance requests using CMMS.
- Review and update asset registry as required.

- Assist with effective contract management & contractor conformance with contract requirements & OHS legislation.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at Casey Hospital, Monash Health to assist in covering long service leave from 24th November 2026 to 20th January 2027.
The paediatric unit at Casey has a 20 cot SCN and a 20 bed children's ward (shared with Paediatric Surgery and ENT), supported by a team of dedicated nurses and three other consultants to provide 24 hour cover. The unit has 8 FTE of registrars, an SRMO, 6 HMOs and a part time Clinical Nurse Consultant. Each paediatrician participates in a 1 in 4 roster of ward service, after-hours cover and a number of outpatient clinics per month. The outpatient clinics have registrar or SRMO support. In addition, it is expected that consultants attend weekly teaching and clinical review meetings and contribute to the non-clinical activities of the paediatric unit. On average the role will be paid at 12.27 hours/week plus on call as rostered. There may be an opportunity to work some additional hours. The role comprises:
- Ward service week (1 week in 4):

- Supervision of morning handover 0800-0830
- Daily ward rounds of Paediatric Ward and Special Care Nursery and cover for advice and emergencies until 1700
- Monday afternoon - General Paediatric outpatient clinic
- Tuesday afternoon – Results Review clinic

- Thursday afternoon – cover registrars to allow their attendance at teaching

Oncology Research at Monash Health Clayton are one of the largest oncology clinical research teams in Victoria. We are looking for an experienced Research Nurse/Study Coordinator who can lead our breast cancer clinical trials team into the future to strengthen and enhance our breast cancer trials portfolio.This role involves hands on study coordination of commercially sponsored and collaborative group trials, training and mentoring a team of study coordinators, is patient facing, and is responsible for the ongoing management of the breast cancer trials team into the future. You will work closely with our Breast Oncologists, Nurse Practitioners, Fellows, as well as Breast Cancer Research Groups and the wider oncology department at Monash Health.
The Team Lead will report to the Research Manager who will provide clinical guidance, provide professional management and day to day work review. It is desirable that the Research Team staff are knowledgeable in the administration of anticancer drugs. The actual administration of the trial drugs will be conducted at the Clinical Trials Centre Monash Health Translation Precinct. Workload may be variable dependent on the number and status of research studies.
The role is classified as a Research Nurse Level 3 (YX13) or Science Equivalent (RZ1), and is Full Time (however 0.8FTE may be considered for the right candidate).
About You
Qualifications, registrations and licences:
- Current AHPRA Division 1 Nursing registration or science degree equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft and IT systems
- Minimum of 3 years clinical trials experience
- Desirable: Oncology/ Haematology post graduate qualification, but at a minimum, relevant applicable knowledge and/or experience in this field.
Technical skills, knowledge and experience:
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating (oncology) clinical trials
- Demonstrated experience managing small, multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced skills in using data collection systems used for clinical trials (paper and electronic).
- Proven ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively in situations where competing deadlines may arise.
- Demonstrated knowledge of all applicable guidelines, regulations and legislations associated with clinical research in Australia.

What you'll be doing
Provides clinical training at a ward/unit level by formulating and delivering in-service educational programs; assessment and demonstration of clinical procedures. Fostering a preceptor/mentor role that supports less experienced staff to enhance their clinical skills development to achieve people focused quality care.
Selection Criteria
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant post registration clinical or education qualifications and/or current Certificate as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor or willingness to work towards certification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the relevant clinical/speciality field with a demonstrated knowledge of competency/skills requirements for staff to achieve quality clinical care.
- Demonstrated experience as a preceptor/mentor/coacher with the proven ability to use contemporary education and teaching methods to develop and motivate staff towards a learning culture.

In this full time role, based in Epworth Freemasons (East Melbourne) and at other Epworth sites on occasion (as requested), you will be responsible for providing quality maintenance service, as a qualified trades assistant (General Maintenance), on corrective and preventative tasks. Epworth Freemasons is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with expertise in Urodynamics to join our specialist team on a part-time basis (0.4 EFT) at our East Melbourne campus. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded multidisciplinary team, delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and professional environment.
You will make an impact by:
- Providing a high level of nursing care to your patient during their theatre journey
- Assist the urologist or gynaecologist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Performing urodynamic studies
- Assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of patients
- Monitoring the condition of patients during procedures and reporting changes
For you to be successful in this role:
You are a good communicator, flexible in your approach and have natural ability to show compassion and empathy to patients. Solutions-focused with the patient at the heart of all your decisions, you enjoy collaborating with a team of like-minded social theatre nurses. Ability to work closely with urologists and other specialists to develop appropriate treatment plans.
You will have:
- Relevant urodynamic experience

The annual salary range for full time Registered Nurses – AUD $85,732- $107,669 and Enrolled Nurse - AUD $75,737 - $82,550 + super + entitlements, depending on registration type, year level and position/experience (prorated for part-time).
