Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role- Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Proven leadership experience in complex healthcare environments, including workforce, operational and resource management.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement frameworks and patient safety standards.
- Exceptional communication, relationship building, change leadership skills.
You'll stand out if you have postgraduate qualifications in Nursing, Health Administration and/or Management, and experience leading services in rural or regional healthcare settings.
