As the first Clinical Manager to join our site, you will work closely with the Residential Manager to ensure the delivery of highquality, residentcentered care is the focus. You will play a key role in commissioning this home, supported by our national Operations, Quality, Recruitment, HR, Finance, IT and Support Services teams.

• Experience as a Clinical Manager (or similar role) in aged care
• Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
• Experience leading, supervising and developing staff
• Understanding of funding, accreditation and care planning
• Excellent communication, leadership and problemsolvingStrong organisation, time management and tech confidence
• A compassionate, residentfocused approach
• Current Police Check (within 12 months)
• RN qualification with unrestricted AHPRA registration
