AsGeneral Manager - Care, you will provide strategic and operational clinical leadership across residential aged care, while providing clinical oversight and supporting integrated care across home care and retirement living.

You will play a key role in shaping clinical strategy, strengthening capability and building a culture wheresafe, person-centred care, accountability and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.

You'll be an experienced Registered Nurse and aged care clinical leader who brings strong clinical judgement, governance expertise and a genuine passion for older people.

Essential requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated senior clinical leadership experience within aged care
• National Police Check
• Aged Care Worker Screening Clearance, or ability to obtain
• Relevant immunisation evidence in accordance with organisational requirements

• Postgraduate qualifications in aged care, clinical leadership, management or a related discipline
• Experience leading accreditation, registration and quality improvement programs
