The Opportunity

Reporting to a seasoned Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall operational performance of the service.

You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team, providing direction, accountability and support while ensuring the service continues to deliver excellent outcomes for clients, employees and the organisation.

What We're Looking For

You'll be an experienced operational leader who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and leading through a busy service environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• 5+ years of leadership experience
• A background inhealthcare, NDIS, community services or a related environment
• Experience overseeing operational performance and working towards measurable KPIs
• Strong commercial and business acumen
• A demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop managers and teams
• Confidence managing competing priorities within a high-volume environment
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to challenges and continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders

Experience specifically within aged care is welcome, but it is not essential.What matters most is your leadership capability, operational experience and genuine commitment to delivering quality services.

Essential requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Postgraduate qualifications in aged care, clinical leadership, management or a related discipline
