You'll join a well-established and collegiate group of 10 O&G who value collaboration, knowledge sharing and supporting each other. For newly qualified specialists, you'll have experienced colleagues around you as you establish your private practice and develop your areas of interest.
Our practice has strong and sustained demand across both obstetrics and gynaecology, providing the opportunity to establish a busy patient base from the outset and shape your practice to suit your professional interests and preferred workload.

And on a practical note, there's convenient parking directly beneath our rooms.
A roster designed with life outside work in mindWe know a sustainable O&G career needs to work outside the consulting room too.
Our on-call arrangements are designed to share the load across the group, with approximately one in nine on-call weekends, and rosters planned up to 12 months in advance - giving you greater certainty when planning work, family life and time away.

Do you love orthodontics, and find yourself picturing where you'd like your career to be in five or ten years? If you're keen to put down roots and build something of your own, we'd love to talk with you.
South East Orthodontics is an established specialist practice in Berwick, led by Dr Kip Homewood, a specialist orthodontist since 2000 and an honorary fellow at the University of Melbourne, where he teaches the postgraduate orthodontic students. Kip has examined for the University of Melbourne and the RACDS, and lectures locally, nationally and internationally.
Kip is looking for the orthodontist who'll help lead the practice into its future, and he's genuinely invested in mentoring that person along the way. For the right candidate, this role comes with a clear pathway to buying in.
No experience necessary
Whether you've just completed your specialist training or you've been practicing for years, we'd love to hear from you. What matters most to us is who you are and where you want to go.
Who we're hoping to meet- An orthodontist who takes real pride in their clinical work and is always keen to keep learning

- A person who's keen to grow as a leader and team manager alongside their clinical career
- Someone with vision, who'd enjoy helping shape the practice as we keep building towards being the leading orthodontic clinic in the South East
You won't be doing this on your own. You'll be joining a well staffed, well supported practice with:
- One-on-one mentoring from a principal who loves teaching
- An established management team, including a Business Manager, Practice Manager and Clinical Manager who look after the day to day running of the practice, so you can focus on your patients
- Experienced treatment coordinators who guide new patients through their consultations and treatment decisions

- A full range of treatment, from early intervention through to adolescent and adult orthodontics, braces, lingual braces, clear aligners and surgical cases
- An ongoing team culture and leadership development program, with external practice management support
- Long standing relationships with referring dentists across the region, plus regular CPD and referrer events where you'll build your own professional network
This is a chance to grow your clinical career, develop as a leader, and work towards ownership in a practice that's set up to support you every step of the way. Days and start date are flexible for the right person.
If this sounds like the next chapter you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you. Please contact Bree for a confidential conversation.
